Lakeshore Records has released a new soundtrack album for the sci-fi thriller Proximity. The album features the original songs from the movie by Radio Wolf and Parallels. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music stores. The label has previously released a separate album featuring Jermaine Stegall’s original score from the film. Proximity is written and directed by Eric Demeusy and stars Ryan Masson, Highdee Kuan, Christian Prentice, Shaw Jones and Don Scribner. Premiering tonight is the HBO docu-series The Vow directed and executive produced by Jehane Noujaim & Karim Amer about the self-improvement group NXIVM, whose leaders have been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. The show’s original music is composed by Mac Quayle (Mr. Robot, American Horror Story, American Crime Story, Feud: Bette and Joan, Pose, Scream Queens, The Politician). Premiering on Wednesday, August 26 is the Netflix documentary Rising Phoenix directed by Ian Bonhote & Peter Ettedgui about the Paralympic Games and its evolution from the rubble of World War II to the third biggest sporting event on the planet.
