Hildur Guðnadóttir has won her second Grammy Award for her score for Todd Phillips’ Joker in the Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media category. She previously received an Academy Award and Golden Globe for her work on the film. The composer was honored with her first Grammy last year for her music for HBO’s Chernobyl in the same category. In the Best Song Written For Motion Picture, Television Or Other Visual Media, Billie Eilish & Finneas won the award for the title song for the James Bond movie No Time to Die. Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, March 15, is the British mini-series Bloodlands created by Chris Brandon, directed by Pete Travis and starring James Nesbitt, Lisa Dwan, Charlene McKenna, Lorcan Cranitch, Ian McElhinney, Lola Petticrew and Chris Walley. The show’s original music is composed by Ruth Barrett (BodyguardCollateralVictoria,  Harry Brown, Sanditon). ‘Juda’ Soundtrack Album Released

Zloty Music has released a soundtrack album for the Israeli vampire series Juda. The album features selections of the original score and songs from the show’s first two seasons composed by Ariel Blumenthal (Sky Raiders, Funeral Day), as well as additional tracks by Moana A, Kajmir Royale and Daniel Jakubovic. Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Soul, Gone Girl, Mank), Leopold Ross (Triple 9, The Defiant Ones, Dispatches from Elsewhere) & Nick Chuba have composed the original score for the new Netflix original documentary Operation Varsity Blues: The College Admissions Scandal. The film is directed by Chris Smith (FyreJim & Andy: The Great Beyond, Tiger King), written by Jon Karmen and examines the methods used by Rick Singer, the man at the center of the shocking 2019 college admissions scandal, to persuade his wealthy clients to cheat an educational system already designed to benefit the privileged. The movie uses innovative combination of interviews and narrative recreations of the FBI’s wiretapped conversations between Singer (portrayed by Matthew Modine) and his clients. The album features the songs from the movie by artists including Macy Gray, Manny World, Wheezy Outta Here, DaniLeigh, Eric Bellinger, B. Rae, Freeway and others.
