Premiering on Wednesday, July 28, is the Disney+ animated series Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life executive produced by Marc du Pontavice and starring Matthew Géczy, Kaycie Chase, Bill Farmer, David Gasman, Sylvain Caruso and Cindy Lee Delong. The show’s original music is composed by Vincent Artaud (Oggy and the Cockroaches, Paprika, Hubert & Takako, Lupin’s Tales, Rolling with the Ronks, Zig & Sharko). Premiering on Thursday, July 29, is the Netflix original film Resort to Love directed by Steven Tsuchida and starring Christina Milian, Jay Pharoah, Sinqua Walls, Jeryl Prescott Gallien, Tymberlee Hill, Christiani Pitts, Alexander Hodge, Karen Obilom, T.J. Power, Sylvaine Strike and Kayne Lee Harrison. Laura Karpman (Lovecraft Country, Set It Up, Step, Why We Hate, What If…?, Paris Can Wait, Underground) has composed the movie’s original score. Atresmúsica has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish Amazon original series The Boarding School: Las Cumbres (El Internado: Las Cumbres). Nathan Johnson Scoring Apple TV+’s ‘Mr. Corman’

Nathan Johnson (Knives Out, Brick, Looper, The Brothers Bloom, Kill the Messenger, Young Ones) is scoring the new Apple TV+ original series Mr. Corman. The show is written and directed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt and stars himself, alongside Arturo Castro, Debra Winger, Bobby Hall a.k.a. Logic, Hector Hernandez, Juno Temple, Jamie Chung and Shannon Woodward. The comedy revolves around a man whose lifelong dream of a career in music didn’t pan out and finds himself teaching fifth grade at a school in the San Fernando Valley. Gordon-Levitt is also executive producing the A24 production with Bruce Eric Kaplan (Six Feet Under, Girl), Ravi Nandan (Euphoria, Ramy) and Inman Young (Moonbase 8).

Sumerian Records has released a soundtrack album for the Amazon original series Paradise City. The album features a selection of the songs from the show’s first season, including original tracks by Machine Gun Kelly & Travis Barker, The Mavens, Lilith Czar & Starbenders and The Flux. Other artists featured on the release include The Smashing Pumpkins, Kings of Leon, Palaye Royale, BONES UK, Meg Myers and KennyHoopla, City and Colour and Night Riots. ‘Schmigadoon!’ Episode 3 Soundtrack Album Released

Milan Records has released the third soundtrack for the Apple TV+ original series Schmigadoon! The album features the original songs from the third episode of the show composed by Cinco Paul (Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax), as well as three score cues written by Christopher Willis (The Death of Stalin, Veep, The Personal History of David Copperfield). The label has previously released the music from Episodes 1 & 2 last week and three more soundtracks from the fourth, fifth and sixth episodes will be coming out over the next few weeks. ‘Cobra Kai’ Wax-Off Soundtrack EP Released

Madison Gate Records has released a new soundtrack EP for the Netflix original series Cobra Kai. The 4-track EP features four extended versions of score cues from the show’s first and seasons composed by Leo Birenberg (Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, PEN15, Son of Zorn) & Zach Robinson (Impractical Jokers: The Movie, Die Hart). The tracks have previously only been released on Mondo’s 3-disc vinyl set, which was announced earlier this year. The EP is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other digital music services. Also listen to all tracks after the jump. Madison Gate Records and La-La Land Records have previously released multiple albums featuring the composers’ score from Seasons 1, 2 & 3 in digital and CD formats. Cobra Kai is created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz & Hayden Schlossberg and stars Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Martin Kove, Xolo Mariduena, Tanner Buchanan and Mary Mouser.

Soundtrack Album for The CW’s ‘Kung Fu’ to Be Released

WaterTower Music will release the first soundtrack album for the CW drama Kung Fu. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Sherri Chung (Riverdale, Batwoman, Blindspot, The Lost Husband, Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase). Also included is the song Two Worlds performed by David Choi. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 23 (visit Amazon or any other major digital music service to stream/download the album). The label has previously released the composer’s main title theme as a digital single earlier this year. Kung Fu is developed by Christina M. Kim based on the original 70s series of the same name created by Ed Spielman and stars Olivia Liang, Kheng Hua Tan, Jon Prasida, Eddie Liu, Shannon Dang, Vanessa Kai, Gavin Stenhouse, Tony Chung and Tzi Ma.

The full details of the first soundtrack album for the Netflix animated series Masters of the Universe: Revelation have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the first part of the show composed by Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Outlander, Battlestar Galactica, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Happy Death Day, The Walking Dead). The Volume 1 soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 23 by Mattel & Arts Music and will be available to stream/download here, on Amazon and other digital music stores. A CD version is also in the works and will be available for pre-order here within the next couple of days. Masters of the Universe: Revelation is developed by Kevin Smith based on the Mattel franchise and stars Mark Hamill, Lena Headey, Chris Wood, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Liam Cunningham, Stephen Root, Diedrich Bader, Tiffany Smith, Griffin Newman, Henry Rollins, Susan Eisenberg, Alan Oppenheimer, Alicia Silverstone, Jason Mewes, Justin Long, Phil LaMarr, Tony Todd, Cree Summer, Kevin Michael Richardson, Kevin Conroy and Harley Quinn Smith.

AMC+’s to ‘Ultra City Smiths’ to Feature Original Songs by Steven Conrad & Brad Jones

Stephanie Economou (Jupiter’s Legacy, Manhunt: Deadly Games,  Marvel’s 616) is the composer of the upcoming Netflix original series The Chair. The show is created by Amanda Peet & Annie Wyman and stars Sandra Oh, Jay Duplass, Holland Taylor, Nana Mensah, Bob Balaban, David Morse and Everly Carganilla. The dramedy follows a woman as she navigates her new role as the Chair of the English department at prestigious Pembroke University and is faced with a unique set of challenges as the first woman to chair the department, and as one of the few staff members of color at the university.
