Varese Sarabande has announced the full details of the soundtrack album for the war drama The Kill Team. The album features the film’s original music composed by Zacarias M. de la Riva (Automata, Tad the Explorer, Bent). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 18 and will be available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. The Kill Team is written and directed by Dan Krauss and stars Nat Wolff, Alexander Skarsgård, Adam Long, Jonathan Whitesell, Brian “Sene” Marc and Rob Morrow. The movie centers on an American soldier in Afghanistan who is disturbed by his platoon’s behavior and is faced with a moral dilemma.

Zacarias M. de la Riva (Automata, Tad the Explorer, Bent) has recently scored the upcoming thriller The Kill Team. Opening in most theaters is Disney’s fantasy drama A Wrinkle in Time directed by Ava DuVernay and starring Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Storm Reid, Mindy Kaling, Guru Mbatha-Raw, Michael Peňa, Levi Miller, Zach Galifianakis and Chris Pine. The film’s original music is composed by Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Westworld, Pacific Rim, Iron Man). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as the songs from the movie by DJ Khaled feat. Demi Lovato, Sade, Sia, Kehlani and Chloe x Halle. Also opening wide is the action comedy Gringo directed by Nash Edgerton and starring Joel Edgerton, David Oyelowo, Amanda Seyfried, Charlize Theron, Yul Vazquez, Thandie Newton and Sharlto Copley. Christophe Beck (Ant-Man, Frozen, Edge of Tomorrow, The Hangover, The Muppets) has composed the film’s original score. No word on a soundtrack album. Zacarías M. de la Riva Scoring Bobby Moresco’s ‘Bent’
Zacarías M. de la Riva is scoring the upcoming crime thriller Bent. The film is written and directed by Bobby Moresco (Crash, 10th & Wolf) and stars Karl Urban, Sofia Vergara and Andy Garcia. The movie is based on characters created by Joseph O’Donnell and follows a shamed and discredited narcotics detective who, upon his release from prison, makes plans to seek revenge on the accuser who framed him and killed his partner. O’Donnell is also producing the AMBI Media Group/ Deadly Codes Productions production with Andrea Iervolino & Monika Bacardi (To the Bone, Black Butterfly, In Dubious Battle).
‘Tad Jones and the Secret of King Midas’ Soundtrack Released
Quartet Records and Mira Mi Música have released a soundtrack album for the animated sequel Tad Jones and the Secret of King Midas (Tadeo Jones 2: El secreto del Rey Midas). The album features the film’s original music composed by Zacarias M. de la Riva (Automata, Pet) who previously scored 2012’s original movie Tad: The Lost Explorer and performed by the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio clips. A CD version is available to order on Quartet’s official website. Tad Jones and the Secret of King Midas is directed by Enrique Gato and follows Tad as he travels to Las Vegas to see his friend Sara’s latest discovery: a papyrus that proves the existence of King Midas.

Opening in most theaters is the supernatural thriller Incarnate directed by Brad Peyton and starring Aaron Eckhart, Carice van Houten, Catalina Sandino Moreno and David Mazouz. The film’s original music is composed by Andrew Lockington (San Andreas, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island). No soundtrack album has been announced. The Jason Blum-produced movie revolves around an unconventional exorcist who taps into the subconscious of a nine-year old boy who is possessed by a powerful, ancient demon. The thriller is being released by High Top Releasing/BH Tilt.
Also opening wide is the faith-based drama Believe written and directed by Billy Dickson and starring Ryan O’Quinn, Shawnee Smith, Danielle Nicolet, Kevin Sizemore, David DeLuise and Isaac Ryan Brown. Michael Reola (Melissa & Joey) has composed the film’s original score. No word on a soundtrack album. The movie follows a small-town business owner who tries to save the local Christmas pageant against all odds. The drama is being distributed by Freestyle Releasing. Carles Torrens’ ‘Pet’ to Feature Music by Zacarías M. de la Riva
Zacarías M. de la Riva has composed the music for the upcoming psychological thriller Pet. The film is directed by Carles Torrens (Apartment 143) and stars Dominic Monaghan, Ksenia Solo, Jennette McCurdy, Nathan Parsons, John Ross Bowie, Da’Vone McDonald and Janet Song. The movie follows an introverted man who imprisons a woman, only to find the tables turned on him. Jeremy Slater (Fantastic Four, The Lazarus Effect) has written the screenplay. Nick Phillips and Kelly Martin Wagner (Beneath) are producing the project.
‘Un Gallo Con Muchos Huevos’ (‘Little Rooster’s Egg-Cellent Adventure’) Soundtrack Released
