Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original documentary series Turning Point: Generation 9/11. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by John Dragonetti (The Internet’s Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz, All About Nina, The American Experiment, Scouts Honor: The Secret Files of the Boy Scouts of America, We Are Legion: The Story of the Hacktivists) who previously scored 2011’s Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror, 2024’s Turning Point: The Bomb and the Cold War and last year’s Turning Point: The Vietnam War. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 2 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Turning Point: Generation 9/11 is directed by Brian Knappenberger and explores how 9/11 shaped a generation, 25 years later, from children who lost their parents in the attacks to young Afghans and Marines forced to deal with the fallout of America’s chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan and to journalists who cut their teeth on the original War on Terror.

Theme from John Dragonetti’s ‘All About Nina’ Score Released
Composer John Dragonetti (The Internet’s Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz, We Are Legion: The Story of the Hacktivists, Married, Freeloaders) has released Nina’s Theme from the indie comedy drama All About Nina. The track is now available to download as a digital single on Amazon. All About Nina is written and directed by Eva Vives and stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Common, Chace Crawford, Clea DuVall, Kate del Castillo and Beau Bridges. The movie is set in Los Angeles and follows a stand-up comedian as she tries to navigate adulthood and a new relationship.

Odd Mom Out follows a woman who is forced to navigate the wealthy mommy clique that reside in New York’s Upper East Side, which is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in town. Also premiering tomorrow is the second season of TNT’s Murder in the First created by Steven Bochco & Eric Lodal and starring Taye Diggs, Kathleen Robertson, A.J. Scott Salinas (The Square, Allegiance, The Assets) is the new composer of the show and follows The Hat who scored the first season of the drama. Season 2 of Murder in the First follows homicide detectives Terry English and Hildy Mulligan working on a new case.
