Gary Lionelli is scoring HBO’s upcoming untitled Ben Bradlee documentary. The film is directed by John Maggio and centers on the legendary Washington Post executive editor who became a national figure during the presidency of Richard Nixon, when he challenged the federal government over the right to publish the Pentagon Papers. Peter Kunhardt (Becoming Warren Buffett) is producing the project with Richard Cohen.

WaterTower Music to Release ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 Soundtrack
WaterTower Music will release a new soundtrack album for the HBO hit series Game of Thrones. The album features selections of the music from the show’s seventh season composed by Ramin Djawadi (Westworld, Pacific Rim, Iron Man, Clash of the Titans, Warcraft, The Great Wall). The soundtrack is currently set to be released physically on September 29, 2017 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for the full album details. The label has previously released the soundtracks for the third, fourth, fifth and sixth season, while Varese Sarabande released the official soundtrack albums for Season 1 and Season 2.
HBO’s ‘Barry’ to Feature Music by David Wingo
David Wingo (Loving, Mud, Midnight Special, Take Shelter) will be making his television scoring debut on the upcoming HBO original series Barry. The show is created by Bill Hader and Alec Berg (Silicon Valley, EuroTrip, Curb Your Enthusiasm) and stars Hader, alongside Henry Winkler, Stephen Root, Sarah Goldberg, Anthony Carrigan and Glenn Fleshler. The comedy follows an ex-Marine who works as a low-rent hitman in the Midwest who begrudgingly travels to Los Angeles to kill someone and ends up finding an accepting community in a group of eager hopefuls within the L.A. theater scene.

Premiering tomorrow, July 24, is the NBC drama Midnight, Texas developed by Monica Owusu-Breen based on the book series by Charlaine Harris and starring François Arnaud, Sarah Ramos, Arielle Kebbel, Peter Mensah, Parisa Fitz-Henley and Dylan Bruce. The series is based on a Korean format and revolves around a mother who travels back in time to prevent the murder of her daughter. The comedy is based on Evelyn Waugh’s classic novel and follows an inoffensive divinity student at Oxford University in the 1920s,who is wrongly dismissed for indecent exposure having been made the victim of a prank by The Bollinger Club. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the HBO original movie The Wizard of Lies. The album features the film’s original music composed by Evgueni Galperine and Sacha Galperine (The Family, The Past, Madame Bovary, Nine Lives). The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 19, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Wizard of Lies is directed by Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Donnie Brasco) and stars Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer as Bernie and Ruth Madoff, as well as Hank Azaria, Alessandro Nivola, Lily Rabe and Kristen Connolly.The movie revolves around Madoff’s massive Ponzi scheme, how it was perpetrated on the public and the trail of destruction it left in its wake, both for the victims and Madoff’s family.

Mary Kills People centers on a single mother who is an ER doctor by day, but by night, she and her partner, a former plastic surgeon, moonlight as underground angels of death and help terminally ill patients slip away on their own terms.
