Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Stuffed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ben Lovett (The Signal, The Ritual, Synchronicity, The Wind, Black Rock, Don Peyote). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio clips. Stuffed is directed by Erin Derham and explores the surprising world of taxidermy, where sculptors must also be scientists. The movie follows a group of passionate experts – from a studio in Los Angeles that has elevated taxidermy to the forefront of fashion, to fine artists in the Netherlands – as they push creative boundaries while revealing the importance of preserving nature.

Ben Lovett Scoring David Bruckner’s ‘The Night House’
Composer Ben Lovett (Synchronicity, The Wind, Black Rock, Don Peyote) is reuniting with director David Bruckner on the upcoming horror thriller The Night House. The film starring Rebecca Hall, Sarah Goldberg, Stacy Martin, Evan Jonigkeit and Vondie Curtis-Hall. The movie revolves around a widow who begins to uncover her recently deceased husband’s disturbing secrets. Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski (Super Dark Times) wrote the screenplay. David Goyer (The Dark Knight, Blade) & Keith Levine are producing the project for their Phantom Four company, alongside John Zois.

Ilan Eshkeri (Stardust, Layer Cake, Still Alice, Kick-Ass, Johnny English Reborn) has composed the film’s original score and also arranged ballet compositions by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Alexander Krein & Ludwig Minkus. Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the horror thriller I Trapped the Devil. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ben Lovett (The Signal, The Ritual, The Wind, Black Rock, Synchronicity). The soundtrack is now available to download on iTunes, where you can also check out audio samples. I Trapped the Devil is written and directed by Josh Lobo and stars AJ Bowen, Jocelin Donahue, Scott Poythress, Susan Burke, Chris Sullivan, Rowan Russell and Josh Marrott. The movie follows a man and his wife who show up unannounced at the home of his estranged brother to celebrate the holidays, but instead they are greeted with a man who is being held hostage in the basement.

‘The Wind’ Soundtrack Details
Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the horror thriller The Wind. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ben Lovett (The Signal, The Ritual, Black Rock, Synchronicity). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 5 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Wind is directed by Emma Tammi and stars Caitlin Gerard, Julie Goldani Telles, Ashley Zuckerman, Miles Anderson and Dylan McTee. The movie written by Teresa Sutherland follows a woman who moves to the American frontier to settle it with her husband, when an evil presence soon makes itself known and infects her with paranoia.
Weekly TV Music Roundup (February 4, 2018)
Premiering tonight is the third installment in the Cloverfield series, The Cloverfield Paradox directed by Julius Onah and starring David Oyelowo, Elizabeth Debicki, Chris O’Dowd, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Ziyi Zhang and Daniel Brühl. Bear McCreary (The Walking Dead, Battlestar Galactica, Colossal, Happy Death Day) who previously scored 2016’s 10 Cloverfield Lane has composed the film’s original music. A soundtrack album is in the works and will be released by the composer’s label Sparks & Shadows. Premiering on Thursday, February 8, is the Crackle original movie In the Cloud directed Robert Scott Wildes and starring Nora Arnezeder, Gabriel Byrne, Justin Chatwin, Tomiwa Edun and Laura Fraser. The film’s original music is composed by John Matthias and Jay Auborn. The sci-fi thriller follows two estranged tech geniuses who reunite after the death of their mentor to devise a VR technology to extract a terrorist’s memories. The only new movie opening nationwide this weekend is the action adventure Maze Runner: The Death Cure directed by Wes Ball and starring Dylan O’Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Ki Hong Lee, Giancarlo Esposito, Aidan Gillen, Barry Pepper, Will Poulter and Patricia Clarkson. The film’s original music is composed by John Paesano (Daredevil, The Defenders, When the Game Stands Tall, My All American) who also scored the first two installments in the series. Heitor Pereira (Despicable Me, Minions, The Smurfs, If I Stay, Beverly Hills Chihuahua) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. The movie follows a young autistic woman who runs away from her caregiver in order to boldly go and deliver her 500-page Star Trek script to a writing competition in Hollywood. ‘American Folk’ Score Album Released
Lakeshore Records has released a score album for the indie drama American Folk. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ben Lovett (The Signal, The Ritual, Synchronicity, Black Rock). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. A separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie by lead actors Joe Purdy & Amber Rubarth is also being released today. American Folk is written and directed by David Heinz and stars Purdy, Rubarth, Krisha Fairchild and David Fine. The movie revolves around Purdy and Rubarth, whose fates become intertwined after their plane is grounded in California following the September 11th attacks.

The movie follows four men who are subjected to a night of terror when they unwisely take refuge in a derelict house as they venture into the wilderness of the Swedish highlands to perform a remembrance for a dearly departed friend.
