Premiering today is the new Starz original series Power Book III: Raising Kanan created by Sascha Penn and starring Patina Miller, London Brown, Malcolm M. Mays, Joey Bada$$, Shanley Caswell, Mekai Curtis, Toby Sandeman, Omar Epps, Lovie Simone and Hailey Kilgore. The show’s original score is composed by Ali Shaheed Muhammad & Adrian Younge (Luke Cage, The Equalizer, Run This Town, Boogie). G-Unit Records has released the project’s theme song Part of the Game performed by 50 Cent feat. NLE Choppa & Rileyy Lanez earlier this year. Premiering in the U.S. today is the Australian comedy The End created by Samantha Strauss and starring Frances O’Connor, Harriet Walter, Noni Hazlehurst, Robyn Nevin, John Waters and Luke Arnold. Antony Partos (Animal Kingdom, The Rover, Mystery Road, 99 Homes, Fahrenheit 451, Jasper Jones) has composed the show’s original music. The series, which follows three generations of a family live with separate but intersecting obsessions, premiered last year in Australia on Showcase and is making its U.S. debut on Showtime.
