The full details of the fourth soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the final eight episodes of the show’s second season composed by Kevin Kiner (Star Wars: The Clone Wars & Rebels, Doom Patrol, Narcos: Mexico, Titans, Hell on Wheels, CSI: Miami). The Season 2, Volume 2 (Episodes 9-16) soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 7 by Walt Disney Records and will be available to stream/download here. The first volume featuring Kiner’s score from the the first eight episodes of the second season was released this past February and two albums featuring Kiner’s music from Season 1 were released back in 2021. The details of the soundtrack album for Illumination Entertainment’s animated feature The Super Mario Bros. Movie have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brian Tyler (Fast & Furious, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Crazy Rich Asians, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, Yellowstone) with original Nintendo themes written by Koji Kondo. Also included is the song Peaches co-written and performed by Jack Black (as Bowser) and Ali Dee’s version of the Mario Brothers Rap. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, April 7 by Back Lot Music and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. iam8bit will release a CD, vinyl and cassette edition later this year (visit Amazon to pre-order the CD and vinyl versions). Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the French period drama Loving Memories (C’est mon homme). The album features the film’s original music composed by Romain Trouillet (Cyrano, My Love, Lost Bullet 2, De Gaulle, Sauvage/Wild, Madeleine Collins).
