Opening in theaters nationwide is the post-apocalyptic horror sequel 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple directed by Nia DaCosta and starring Ralph Fiennes, Jack O’Connell, Alfie Williams, Erin Kellyman and Chi Lewis-Parry. The film’s original music is composed by Hildur Guđnadóttir (Joker, Chernobyl, Tar, A Haunting in Venice, Women Talking, The Bride!, Hedda, Sicario: Day of the Soldado). Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the animated feature Charlie the Wonderdog co-written and directed by Shea Wageman and starring Owen Wilson, Tabitha St. Germain, Dawson Littman, Elishia Perosa, Ruairi MacDonald and Zac Bennett-McPhee. Petteri Sainio (Rocket Club, Faithful Planet) has composed the film’s original score and Bryan Adams has written the movie’s original songs. Bad Records has released a soundtrack album featuring score, as well as a separate EP featuring Adams’ songs today. ‘Charlie the Wonderdog’ Soundtrack EP Released

Bad Records has released the original songs from the animated feature Charlie the Wonderdog co-written and performed by Grammy Award-winning and Academy Award-nominated singer/songwriter Bryan Adams. The 3-track EP features the tracks Charlie the Wonderdog (co-written with Robert John “Mutt” Lange), You Got to Believe (co-written with Gretchen Peters) & Anything Is Possible (co-written with Eliot Kennedy) and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to all three tracks and watch the official music video for Anything Is Possible after the jump. As previously reported, the label has also released a separate soundtrack featuring Petteri Sainio’s original score from the film today. Premiering tomorrow, September 4, is the Comedy Central original movie Office Race co-written and directed by Jared Lapidus and starring Beck Bennett, Joel McHale, Kelsey Grammer, Erinn Hayes, Kylie Bunbury, J.B. Smoove and Alyson Hannigan. Academy Award-nominated and Grammy-Award winning singer/songwriter Bryan Adams has contributed two original songs to the film. Click here to listen to both tracks, which were released this past Friday, and for more information about the comedy.

Premiering on Wednesday, September 6, is the Netflix documentary series Predators executive produced by Wendy Darke & Vanessa Coates and narrated by Tom Hard about a group of cheetahs, polar bears and more of the planet’s most powerful hunters as they fight against the odds to survive. The show’s original music is composed by Nainita Desai (For Sama, The Deepest Breath, Crossfire, The Tower, Funny Woman, The Reason I Jump). The 5-parter premiered in the UK last December on Sky Nature and will be available to stream in the U.S. and most other major markets exclusively on Netflix.

Bryan Adams’ Original Songs from Comedy Central’s ‘Office Race’ Released

Bryan Adams has released two original songs from the new Comedy Central original movie Office Race. Available to stream/download now on two separate digital singles are You’re Awesome and Sometimes You Lose Before You Win co-written (with Robert John “Mutt” Lange & Eliot Kennedy) and performed by the singer/songwriter (who has previously contributed songs to such films as Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, The Three Musketeers, Don Juan DeMarco, The Mirror Has Two Faces and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron). Office Race is co-written (with James Kilmoon) and directed by Jared Lapidus and stars Beck Bennett, Joel McHale, Kelsey Grammer, Kylie Bunbury, Erinn Hayes, J.B. Smoove and Alyson Hannigan.

‘Jock of the Bushveld’ Soundtrack released

Klaus Badelt‘s Label Zero has released the soundtrack album for the animated feature Jock of the Bushveld. The album includes selections from the film’s original score by Badelt and Ian Honeyman. Also featured on the soundtrack are original songs performed by Bryan Adams, Johnny Clegg, Mandy Patinkin, Craig Hinds, Nianell and James Carrington. The album is available to download on Amazon. Jock of the Bushveld directed by Duncan MacNeillie marks South Africa’s first 3D animated feature. The movie centers on the fearless dog Jock (voiced by Bryan Adams) who helps his master survive the wild challenges of the 1880s gold rush in the northeast of what would become South Africa. Donald Sutherland is narrating the film.

Klaus Badelt Scoring ‘Jock’

Klaus Badelt is scoring the upcoming 3D animated film Jock. The film based on Sir Percy Fitzpatrick’s classic book Jock on the Bushveld is directed by Duncan MacNeillie and marks South Africa’s first 3D animated feature film. While Badelt is writing the orchestral score for the film, the movie also includes original songs by Bryan Adams, Alan Menken and Johnny Clogg among other songwriters. Tim Rice (The Lion King, Aladdin) is the principal lyricist of the songs. Bryan Adams is also voicing the film’s central character of the fearless dog Jock who helps his master survive the wild challenges of the 1880s gold rush in the northeast of what would become South Africa. Donald Sutherland has signed on to narrate the film.
