Will Butler (of Arcade Fire) will make his solo feature scoring debut on the upcoming thriller Lips Like Sugar. The film will be directed by Brantley Gutierrez and is set to star Woody Harrelson and Owen Wilson. The movie is set during the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles and tells the story of two teenage girls from different walks of life and two former detectives whose lives become intertwined when one of the girls goes missing. Parlophone Records will release a new soundtrack album for the 1979 documentary/concert film Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars directed by D.A. Pennebaker. The 50th Anniversary Edition features the newly remastered songs from David Bowie‘s last show as Ziggy Stardust, recorded in 1983 at the Hammersmith Odeon in London, including the The Jean Genie/Love Me Do medley (feat. Jeff Beck) reinstated and Round and Round (also feat. Beck) making its very first appearance. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically on August 11, 2023.
