Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is supernatural horror sequel Insidious: The Red Door directed by Patrick Wilson and starring Ty Simpkins, Wilson himself, Rose Byrne, Andrew Astor, Sinclair Daniel and Hiam Abbass. The film’s original music is composed by Joseph Bishara (The Conjuring, Annabelle, The Curse of La Llorona, Malignant). Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide today is the comedy Joy Ride directed by Adele Lim and starring Stephanie Hsu, Ashley Park, Sabrina Wu, Sherry Cola, Ronny Chieng, David Denman, Annie Mumolo, Lori Tan Chinn and Chris Pang. Nathan Matthew David (Deadly Class, Young Rock, Stephen Curry: Underrated, The Last Word) has composed the film’s original score. Rhino Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as multiple songs from the movie today. Legacy Recordings has released the original song Oh, Dolores from the Amazon original series The Horror of Dolores Roach. The track co-written (with Ben Hopkins) and produced/performed by Cyndi Lauper (who also stars in the show) is now available to stream/download as a digital single, which also includes an instrumental version, on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Andrew Hollander (Waitress, Gray Matters, Words on Bathroom Walls, Serious Moonlight, Sleepwalk with Me) has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Once Upon a Time in Uganda. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Listen to the opening titles track below. Once Upon a Time in Uganda is directed by Cathryne Czubek, co-directed by Hugo Perez and tells the story of how Ugandan brickmaker Isaac Nabwana decided to make action films, drawing the attention of New York film programmer Alan Hofmanis. Atlantic Records has released the sixth song from the soundtrack for Greta Gerwig’s fantasy comedy Barbie. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is Barbie Dreams produced by Easyfun and performed by FIFTY FIFTY feat. Kaliii. Also listen to the track after the jump. Steve Dorff (Growing Pains, Blast from the Past, Dudley Do-Right, Murphy Brown, Major Dad, The Meanest Man in Texas) has released soundtrack album for the western Dead Man’s Hand. The album features the Emmy Award-nominated composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon or any other major digital music services. Dead Man’s Hand is co-written and directed by Brian Skiba and stars Stephen Dorff, Jack Kilmer, Cole Hauser,  Mo Brings Plenty, Camille Collard, Forrie J. Smith and Randall Batinkoff. The track list of the soundtrack album for the action sequel Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One has been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Lorne Balfe (Black Widow, Top Gun: Maverick, Black Adam, His Dark Materials, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, The LEGO Batman Movie, Bad Boys for Life) who previously scored 2018’s Mission: Impossible – Fallout. The soundtrack will be released digitally on Wednesday, July 12 by Sony Classical. A CD version will be released on July 25 by La-La Land Records and is available to order on Amazon. Madison Gate Records has released the first-ever soundtrack album for 2018’s Insidious: The Last Key, the fourth installment in the Insidious film franchise, directed by Adam Robitel and starring Lin Shaye, Angus Sampson, Leigh Whannell (who also wrote the screenplay), Caitlin Gerard, Spencer Locke and Bruce Davison. The album features the original score from the Blumhouse production composed by Joseph Bishara (The Conjuring, Annabelle, The Curse of La Llorona, Malignant). The soundtrack, which is being released to coincide with the opening of the fifth part (Insidious: The Red Door) in the series, is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services including Amazon. The album features selections of the original score from the show composed by Gazelle Twin (aka Elizabeth Bernholz) (Welcome to the Blumhouse: Nocturne, The Power). Then You Run is developed by Ben Chanan based on Zoran Drvenkar’s thriller novel You, and stars Leah McNamara, Vivian Oparah, Isidora Fairhurst, Yasmin Monet, Richard Coyle, Francis Magee, Cillian O’Sullivan, Darren Cahill and Christian Rubeck.
