Walt Disney Records has released the first track from the soundtrack for Lucasfilm Animation’s Disney+ original series Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is the main theme (Shadow Lord) written by the show’s composers Kevin Kiner (Ahsoka, Narcos: Mexico, Star Wars: The Clone Wars/Rebels/The Bad Batch, Doom Patrol, CSI: Miami, Peacemaker), Sean Kiner & Deana Kiner (Dark Winds, Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld, Trese). Brian Cachia (Better Watch Out, The Osiris Child, Bloody Hell, Infini, Terminus, Blood Vessel) will release a soundtrack album for the Australian sports action drama Beast. Dragon’s Domain Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1972 historical drama Pope Joan directed by Michael Anderson and starring Liv Ullmann, Olivia de Havilland, Franco Nero, Jeremy Kemp, Leslie-Anne Down, Natasha Nicolescu, Peter Arne, Patrick Magee and Maximilian Schell. The album features the newly remastered score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Maurice Jarre (Lawrence of Arabia, Doctor Zhivago, Ghost, Gorillas in the Mist, Witness, No Way Out, Jacob’s Ladder)..
