The film is directed by Anton Corbijn (The American, A Most Wanted Man) and stars Helen Mirren, Alden Ehrenreich and Olivia Cooke. Owen Pallett Scoring Anton Corbijn’s ‘Life’
Owen Pallett is composing the music for the upcoming drama Life. The film is directed by Anton Corbijn (Control) and stars Robert Pattinson, Dane DeHaan, Joel Edgerton and Ben Kingsley. The movie is inspired by the true story of a friendship that developed between Magnum photographer Dennis Stock and actor James Dean when Stock was commissioned to photograph the actor for LIFE magazine in 1955. Luke Davies (Candy, Reclaim) has written the screenplay. Christina Piovesan (The Whistleblower, Amreeka), Benito Mueller, Wolfgang Mueller, Iain Canning & Emile Sherman (he King’s Speech, Shame) are producing the project.
‘A Most Wanted Man’ Soundtrack Details
Groenland Records will release a soundtrack album for the dramatic thriller A Most Wanted Man. The album features the film’s original music composed by Herbert Grönemeyer who previously collaborated with the film’s director Anton Corbijn on 2011’s The American. The album will be released digitally on July 29, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips are embedded after the jump. A Most Wanted Man is based on the novel by John le Carré and stars Philip Seymour Hoffman, Robin Wright, Rachel McAdams, Willem Dafoe, Daniel Bruhl and Nina Hoss. Herbert Grönemeyer is reteaming with director Anton Corbijn on the upcoming thriller A Most Wanted Man. The film is based on John le Carré’s bestselling 2008 novel of the same title and stars Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rachel McAdams, Willem Dafoe, Robin Wright, Grigory Dobrygin, Derya Alabora, Nina Hoss, Daniel Brühl and Franz Hartwig. The movie center around a Chechnian Muslim who illegally immigrates to Hamburg, Germany, where he gets caught up in the international war on terror. Australian writer Andrew Bovell (Lantana) has adapted the material for the screen. Gail Egan (The Constant Gardener) and Andrea Calderwood (The Last King of Scotland) are producing the Potboiler, The Ink Factory and Amusement Park production with Stephen Cornwell (screenwriter of Unknown), Simon Cornwell and Malte Grunert (Perfect Sense).
