Composer Ludwig Göransson (Black Panther, Sinners, The Mandalorian, Creed, Turning Red, Community, Venom) is reteaming with director Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar) on the upcoming mythic action epic The Odyssey. The film is written and directed by Nolan and stars Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong’o and Charlize Theron. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the sci-fi action adventure Avatar: Fire and Ash co-written and directed by James Cameron and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Stephen Lang, Sigourney Weaver, Oona Chaplin, Cliff Curtis, Edie Falco, Giovanni Ribisi, Jack Champion, Joel David Moore, David Thewlis, Jemaine Clement and CCH Pounder. The film’s original music is composed by Simon Franglen (Avatar: The Way of Water, The Magnificent Seven, Peppermint, Avatar: World of Pandora,Notre Dame on Fire). Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score earlier this month.
