Composer Bryan Senti (LowridersSave MeExperimenter, Mood) is reuniting with director Derrick Borte (Unhinged, The Joneses) on the upcoming action thriller The Get Out. The film is based on Thomas Perry’s novel Strip and stars Russell Crowe, Luke Evans, Teresa Palmer, Nina Dobrev, Josh McConville, Danny Zovatto and Aaron Paul. The movie revolves around a nightclub owner who is forced back into a violent game of cat and mouse when two masked gunmen cartel threats, and a mysterious buyer turn his escape plan into a deadly trap. Borte also co-wrote the screenplay with Daniel Forte. Mark Fasano (Land of Bad, Marlowe), Jeffrey Greenstein (Solo Mio, The Outpost) , Deborah Glover (Sleeping Dogs, Not Without Hope) and Mark Bower are producing the project. Senti has previously scored Borte’s features London Town and American Dreamer. The Get Out will be released in select theaters on June 26, 2026 by Vertical before coming out on VOD on June 30.
