Alan Silvestri is set to score Marvel’s upcoming sequels Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1 and Part 2. The films will be directed by Anthony & Joe Russo and are expected to star Robert Downey, Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Chris Evans as Steve Rogers/Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor Odinson, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton/Hawkeye, Josh Brolin as Thanos, Tom Hiddleston as Loki Laufeyson and Elizabeth Olsen. Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely are writing the screenplay and Kevin Feige is producing the project. Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the ITV mini-series Doctor Thorne. The album features selections from the show’s original music composed by Ilan Eshkeri (Stardust, Still Alice, Layer Cake, The Young Victoria, 47 Ronin). The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 17, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Doctor Thorne is written by Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey, Gosford Park) and stars Tom Hollander, Ian McShane, Rebecca Front, Alison Brie, Richard McCabe, Phoebe Nicholls, Gwyneth Keyworth, Stefanie Martini, Kate O’Flynn, Edward Franklin and Harry Richardson. ‘Swiss Army Man’ Soundtrack Details

Lakeshore Records has announced the details of the soundtrack album for the indie comedy Swiss Army Man. The album features the film’s original music composed by Andy Hull and Robert McDowell of the indie rock band Manchester Orchestra. Rob (aka Robin Coudert) has recently recorded his score for the upcoming drama Planetarium. The film is directed by Rebecca Zlotowski (Grand Central) and stars Natalie Portman and Lily Rose Depp. The movie is set in the 1930s and follows two sisters who are believed to possess the supernatural ability to connect with ghosts and cross paths with a visionary French producer while performing in Paris. The show is created by Sharon Horgan (Catastrophe) and stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Thomas Haden Church, Molly Shannon, Talia Balsam and Tracy Letts. The comedy follows a woman who suddenly begins to reassess her life and her marriage, and finds that making a clean break and a fresh start is harder than she thought. Three new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the action adventure sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows directed by David Green, produced by Michael Bay and starring Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Stephen Amell, Tyler Perry, Noel Fisher, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploszek, Alan Ritchson, Brian Tee and Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly. The film’s original music is composed by Steve Jablonsky (Transformers, Ender’s Game, The Island, Pain & Gain). Paramount Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score. Elle King’s ‘Good Girls’ from ‘Ghostbusters’ Released

RCA Records has released the first song from the soundtrack of the Ghostbusters remake. The track, entitled Good Girls, is performed by Elle King who also co-wrote the song with Dave Bassett. Good Girls is now available to download on iTunes. The label will release a full soundtrack album featuring King’s track, as well as songs by G-Eazy ft. Jeremih, 5 Seconds of Summer, Pentatonix, WALK THE MOON, Fall Out Boy ft. Missy Elliott, Wolf Alice & more on July 15. Visit Amazon to pre-order the CD.
