Interscope Records has announced a soundtrack album for the drama Teen Spirit. The album features the cover songs featured in the film performed by lead actress Elle Fanning, as well as the new song Wildflower written by Carly Rae Jepsen & Jack Antonoff. Also included are tracks by No Doubt,Grimes and Major Lazer feat. MØ & DJ Snake. A first track (Fanning’s cover of Robyn’s Dancing On My Own) is already available as a digital single and can be downloaded here. The track list of the soundtrack album for Tim Burton’s live-action adaptation of Disney’s Dumbo has been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Danny Elfman (Batman, Alice in Wonderland, Spider-Man, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Men in Black, Avengers: Age of Ultron). Also included is are new versions of the song Baby Mine (originally written by Frank Churchill & Ned Washington for the 1941 animated classic) performed by actress Sharon Rooney in the film and by Arcade Fire for the end credits sequence (already available to download here). Composer Nathan Johnson is reteaming with director Rian Johnson on the upcoming crime drama Knives Out. The film starring Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon, Toni Collette, Lakeith Stanfield, Ana de Armas, Don Johnson, Katherine Langford and Christopher Plummer is being described as a modern murder mystery.
