Sabia has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy drama This Is My Mother (La vie de ma mère). The album features the film’s original music composed by Dom La Nena. Also included is the song Me lo dijo una flor written by La Nena and performed by lead actress Agnès Jaoui (listen to the track after the jump). This Is My Mother is co-written and directed by Julien Carpentier and also stars William Lebghil, Salif Cissé and Alison Wheeler. Dragon’s Domain Records has announced a new soundtrack album featuring the world premiere release of two scores composed by David Michael Frank (Above the Law, Code of Silence, Poison Ivy, Extreme Justice, The Mole). The album includes the composer’s music from the 1998 NBC mini-series A Will of Their Own directed by Karen Arthur and starring Lea Thompson, Ellen Burstyn, Faye Dunaway & Thomas Gibson, as well as his score for the 1998 CBS television movie About Sarah co-written directed by Susan Rohrer and starring Kellie Martin, Mary Steenburgen & Diane Baker. The David Michael Frank Collection – Volume 3 is now available to order as a limited edition CD on the label’s official website, where you can also check out audio samples and find out more about the release.
