The show is created by Dana Fox (Couples Retreat, How to Be Single) & Dara Resnik and stars Brooklynn Prince, Jim Sturgess, Abby Miller, Louis Herthum, Michael Weston, Kylie Rogers, Aziza Scott, Adrian Hough, Joelle Carter and Jibrail Nantambu. The mystery drama is inspired by the real-life story of Hilde Lysiak and follows a young girl who moves from Brooklyn to the small lakeside town her father left behind and leads her to unearth a cold case that everyone in town, including her own father, tried hard to bury. Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the German romantic drama Gut Gegen Nordwind. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Volker Bertelmann (aka Hauschka) (Lion, Adrift, Patrick Melrose, Hotel Mumbai, Gunpowder, The Art of Racing in the Rain). The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 13, 2019 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The film’s original music is composed by Anne Nikitin (American Animals, Mrs. Wilson, This Beautiful Fantastic, Calibre, The Imposter). The documentary premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and will be available to stream exclusively on Hulu.
