Over the last few weeks, Eastern Glow Recordings has released three soundtrack album for the PBS original documentary series A Town Called Victoria. The albums features the show’s original music composed by The Album Leaf (aka Jimmy LaValle) (Synchronic, The Endless, Something in the Dirt, Spring, The F**k-It List, 3022). The Episode 1, Episode 2 and Episode 3 soundtracks are now available to stream/download on all major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track after the jump. A Town Called Victoria is directed by Li Liu and chronicles the titular town, its activists and politicians as they must overcome its age-old political, racial, and economic divides to find a collective way forward when the local mosque is burned to the ground in an apparent hate crime. Sony Classical will release the official score album for the action comedy Bad Boys: Ride or Die. The album features the original score from the fourth installment in the Bad Boys film series composed by Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout & Dead Reckoning, His Dark Materials, Black Widow, Top Gun: Maverick, The Wheel of Time, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, The LEGO Batman Movie) who previously composed the music for 2020’s Bad Boys for Life. The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 7 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The composer’s title track, which incorporates Mark Mancina’s theme from 1995 original movie, is already to stream/download available now and can also be checked out below. As previously reported, Epic Records will release a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie.
