The show is created by Tom Bidwell (Watership Down) based on the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and stars Mckell David, Thaddea Graham, Jojo Macari, Harrison Osterfield, Darci Shaw, Clarke Peters, Royce Pierreson and Henry Lloyd-Hughes. Clément Ducol (Little Tickles, Maestro, I Wish Someone Were Waiting for Me Somewhere) is scoring the upcoming French drama Paris, 13th District (Les Olympiades). The film is directed by Jacques Audiard (A Prophet, The Sisters Brothers, Rust and Bone) and stars Lucie Zhang, Makita Samba, Jehnny Beth and Noémie Merlan. The movie is based on cartoonist Adrian Tomine’s collection of graphic short stories Killing and Dying and revolves around four young adults who are friends, sometimes lovers, and often both. The album features the film’s original music composed by Stephen Endelman (Flirting with Disaster, Home of the Brave, Jawbreaker, De-Lovely, Evelyn). Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross & Jon Batiste have received their first SCL Award in the Outstanding Original Score in a Studio Film category for their music for Pixar’s Soul at tonight’s 2nd Annual Society of Composers & Lyricists Awards. The other composers nominated in the category were James Newton Howard (News of the World), Ludwig Göransson (Tenet), Terence Blanchard (Da 5 Bloods) and Reznor & Ross were also nominated for their score for Mank. In the Outstanding Original Song for Visual Media category, Savan Kotecha, Fat Max Gsus & Rickard Goransson were honored for their song Husavik from the Netflix film Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga. The Cinema Audio Society has announced the nominees for the 57th Annual CAS Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing. For the past couple of years, scoring mixers have been recognized alongside production, re-recording, ADR and foley mixers.
