Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Amazon original series Tales from the Loop. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Academy Award nominee Philip Glass (The Hours, Notes on a Scandal, Kundun, Koyaanisqatsi, The Illusionist, Candyman) & Emmy Award nominee Paul Leonard-Morgan (Limitless, Dredd, Wormwood, Dynasty, Designated Survivor). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 3 and will be available to stream/download here. Tales from the Loop is developed by Nathaniel Halpern inspired by the paintings of Simon Stålenhag and stars Rebecca Hall, Duncan Joiner, Daniel Zolghadri, Tyler Barnhardt and Jonathan Pryce. The drama explores the adventures of the people who live above the Loop, a machine built to unlock and explore the mysteries of the universe.

Lakeshore Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Amazon original series The Man in the High Castle. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s fourth and final season composed by Dominic Lewis (Peter Rabbit, Money Monster, Free Birds, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, DuckTales). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 3 and will be available to stream/download here. Varese Sarabande has previously released three soundtrack albums featuring the composer’s score for the previous three seasons. The Man in the High Castle is created by Frank Spotnitz and stars Alexa Davalos, Rufus Sewell, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Joel de la Fuente, Brennan Brown and Jason O’Mara.

The CBS Television Studitos production centers on a single suburban mother who’s shocked when her estranged sister and her husband and his fiercely loyal assistant/driver/friend land on her doorstep in need of a place to live after the couple’s money dries up. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s fourth season composed by Clinton Shorter (District 9, 2 Guns, Contraband, Pompeii, Colony, Code Black). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. The label has previously released two soundtrack albums featuring the composer’s music from Season 2 & 3, while Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack featuring music from the first season. The Expanse is created by Mark Fergus & Hawk Ostby based on James S.A. Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the Amazon docu-series Ted Bundy: Falling for a Killer. The album features the show’s original music composed by Ariel Marx (The Tale, To Dust, The Devil Has a Name, 10 Things We Should Do Before We Break Up). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Ted Bundy: Falling for a Killer produced and directed by Trish Wood reframes serial killer Ted Bundy’s crimes from a female perspective – uncovering the disturbing way in which his pathological hatred of women collided with the culture wars and feminist movement of the 1970s, culminating in one of the most infamous true-crime sagas of our time.

Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, March 9, is the British thriller Temple developed by Mark O’Rowe based on the Norwegian series Valkyrien and starring Mark Strong, Carice van Houten and Daniel Mays. The show’s original music is composed by Matthew Herbert (Disobedience, A Fantastic Woman, The Cave, Life in a Day, Gloria Bell). SATV Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music from the first season. ‘Troop Zero’ Soundtrack Released
Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the comedy drama Troop Zero. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rob Lord (Slipstream). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Troop Zero is directed by Bert & Bertie and stars Viola Davis, Allison Janney, Mckenna Grace, Mike Epps, Jim Gaffigan, Charlie Shotwell, Edi Patterson and Bella Higginbotham. The movie is set in rural 1977 Georgia and centers on a misfit girl who dreams of life in outer space and is being offered to be recorded on NASA’s Golden Record.
Joseph Stephens Scoring Amazon’s ‘Upload’
Joseph Stephens (Observe and Report, Eastbound & Down, Flower, Vice Principals) is the composer of the upcoming Amazon original series Upload. The show is created by Greg Daniels (The Office, Parks and Recreation) and stars Robbie Amell, Andy Allo, Allegra Edwards, Zainab Johnson and Kevin Bigley. The sci-fi comedy is set in a technologically advanced future and follows a young app developer who – following a near-death car accident – chooses to be uploaded to her family’s luxurious virtual afterlife. Daniels is also executive producing the Amazon Studios production with Howard Klein (Jessica Jones, The Mindy Project).
David Buckley to Score Amazon’s ‘The Wheel of Time’
David Buckley (The Good Wife, The Forbidden Kingdom, Papillon, Angel Has Fallen, The Stranger) has been tapped to score the upcoming Amazon original series The Wheel of Time. The show is developed by Rafe Judkins based on Robert Jordan’s fantasy epic of the same name and stars Rosamund Pike, Marcus Rutherford, Josha Stradowski, Daniel Henney, Madeleine Madden, Zoë Robins, Barney Harris, Priyanka Bose, Taylor Napier and Emmanuel Imani. The fantasy drama follows Moiraine, a member of the shadowy and influential all-female organization called the ‘Aes Sedai’ as she embarks on a dangerous, world-spanning journey with five young men and women.
