Nowever Records has released a soundtrack album for the romantic drama Photograph. The album features the film’s original music composed by Peter Raeburn (Woodshock, Nancy, The Last Photograph, Molly Moon and the Incredible Book of Hypnotism). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon Music, where you can also listen to audio samples. Photograph is written and directed by Ritesh Batra and stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sanya Malhotra. The movie revolves around a struggling Mumbai street photographer pressured to marry by his grandmother who convinces a shy stranger to pose as his fiancée during a family visit.

Peter Raeburn (Woodshock, Nancy) has recently scored the upcoming drama Photograph. The film is written and directed by Ritesh Batra (The Lunchbox, Our Souls at Night, The Sense of an Ending) and stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sanya Malhotra. The movie is set in Mumbai and centers on a struggling street photographer, pressured to marry by his grandmother, who convinces a shy stranger to pose as his fiancée. Neil Kopp, Vincent Savino (Blue Ruin, Certain Women) and Neil Kopp & Anish Savjani (Green Room, Wendy and Lucy) are producing the Amazon Studios production.
Elliot Goldenthal Scoring Ritesh Batra’s ‘Our Souls at Night’
Elliot Goldenthal (Frida, Interview with the Vampire, Heat, Alien 3) has recently composed the music for the upcoming romantic drama Our Souls at Night. The film is directed by Ritesh Batra (The Sense of an Ending, The Lunchbox) and stars Jane Fonda, Robert Redford, Matthias Schoenaerts, Judy Greer, Iain Armitage and Bruce Dern. The movie is based on a novel by Kent Haruf and and follows a widow who tries to make a connection with her Colorado neighbor, a widower. Scott Neustadter & Michael H. Weber (The Fault in Our Stars, (500) Days of Summer) adapted the novel for the screen.
Max Richter Scoring ‘The Sense of an Ending’ & FX’s ‘Taboo’
Max Richter has composed the music for the upcoming drama The Sense of an Ending. The film is directed by Ritesh Batra and stars Jim Broadbent, Charlotte Rampling, Michelle Dockery, Emily Mortimer, Harriet Walter and Edward Holcroft. The movie is based on Julian Barnes’ Man Booker Prize-winning novel of the same title and follows a man who becomes haunted by his past and is presented with a mysterious legacy that causes him to re-think his current situation in life. Nick Payne has written the screenplay. Ed Rubin and David Thompson (Woman in Gold, Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom) are producing the project.
