Walt Disney Records has released a digital version of the soundtrack album for Walt Disney Productions’ 1981 superhero comedy Condorman directed by Charles Jarrott and starring Michael Crawford, Barbara Carrera, Oliver Reed, James Hampton, Jean-Pierre Kalfon and Dana Elcar. The album features the film’s original score composed and conducted by Henry Mancini (The Pink Panther, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Charade, The Thorn Birds, The Great Mouse Detective, Santa Claus: The Movie, Victor/Victoria). Varese Sarabande has announced the latest titles in its CD club series, including a new soundtrack album for the 1999 sci-fi classic The Matrix directed by the Wachowski siblings and starring Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne, Carrie-Anne Moss, Joe Pantoliano and Hugo Weaving. The album features the complete score from the film composed and conducted by Don Davis (The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Jurassic Park 3, Bound), including several previously unreleased tracks. The 2-CD set of The Complete Edition, which is limited to 2,000 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also check out the full album details and listen to audio samples. Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the comedy drama Fatherhood. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rupert Gregson-Williams (Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Hacksaw Ridge, The Legend of Tarzan, The Crown, Over the Hedge, Smallfoot). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, June 18 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon.
