Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1982 animated feature The Secret of NIMH directed by Don Bluth and starring Elizabeth Hartman, Dom DeLuise, Derek Jacobi, Hermione Baddeley, Peter Strauss and John Carradine. The album features the expanded and newly remastered score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Planet of the Apes, Patton, Basic Instinct, Gremlins, Chinatown), including around eight minutes o of previously unreleased music.
