Lakeshore Records has released a new version of the folk band The Last Bison’s song Quill from the crime thriller The Rivals of Amziah King. The track (originally written by Ben Hardesty) is produced by Blake Neely and performed by lead actor Matthew McConaughey & Hardesty and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The Rivals of Amziah King is written and directed by Andrew Patterson and also stars Angelina LookingGlass, Kurt Russell, Jake Horowitz, Rob Morgan, Tony Revolori, Scott Shepherd, Owen Teague, Bruce Davis and Cole Sprouse. The movie premiered at last year’s SXSW Film Festival and will be released in select theaters next Friday, August 14 by Black Bear Pictures.
