Disney Music has released the official playlist for Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder. The playlist features the songs from the movie, including four tracks by Guns N’ Roses (Welcome to the Jungle, Paradise City, Sweet Child O’Mine & November Rain), ABBA’s Our Last Summer, Mary J. Blige’s Family Affair, Enya’s Only Time, Dio’s Rainbow in the Dark and Ciara’s Goodies. Also included is Michael Giacchino’s & Nami Melumad’s original score, which was released on the film’s official soundtrack album earlier this week. The film is directed by Peyton Reed and stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathryn Newton and Jonathan Majors. No plot details have been announced yet. Milan Records has announced a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Resident Evil. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Gregory Reveret. Also included is the original song My Heart Has Teeth by deadmau5 featuring Skylar Grey. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Thursday, July 14 and will be available to stream/download here. Reveret’s main theme (Venus Flytrap) is already available to stream/download now and can also be checked out below. Resident Evil is developed by Andrew Dabb based on the horror franchise and stars Ella Balinska, Tamara Smart, Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph, Lance Reddick and Paola Núñez. Deadline is reporting that Academy Award-nominated songwriter Diane Warren has written an original song for the upcoming drama Tell It Like a Woman. The track, entitled Applause, is performed by Sofia Carson and will be released as a digital single later this year by Hollywood Records. The film is comprised of seven segments directed by female filmmakers including Catherine Hardwicke (who is also directing the music video for Applause), actress Taraji P. Henson, Mipo O, Leena Yadav, Maria Sole Tognazzi and Lucia Puenzo.
