Christophe Beck (Frozen, Edge of Tomorrow, Free Guy, The Muppets, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Hangover) is returning as the composer of Marvel Studios’ upcoming sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film is directed by Peyton Reed and stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathryn Newton and Jonathan Majors. No plot details have been announced yet. Jeff Loveness (Rick & Morty) wrote the screenplay. Kevin Feige (Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther) is producing the project. Beck has previously scored the first two Ant-Man movies (Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp) and also composed the music for Marvel’s limited series WandaVision and Hawkeye (with Michael Paraskevas). Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is scheduled be released in theaters nationwide on February 17, 2023.

As previously reported, Beck also has David F. Sandberg’s comic book movie Shazam! Fury of the Gods (to be released in theaters on December 21, 2022) coming up. He is also set to participate in the composer panel 8th Musical Anatomy of a Superhero at this year’s Comic-Con on July 21.
