Rouge Neon Records has released a soundtrack album for the Algerian/French drama Six Feet Over (Six pieds sur terre). The album features the film’s original music composed by Adrien Casalis (Winter Crossing). Six Feet Over is co-written and directed by Karim Bensalah and stars Hamza Meziani, Kader Affak, Mostefa Djadjam and Souad Arsane. The movie tells the story of a former Algerian embassy clerk’s son studying in Lyon who lives under the threat of expulsion after his visa has been revoked and agrees to work for a Muslim funeral home. Mateo Messina (JunoBlockers, Tall Girl, The Wrong Missy, Desperados, Superstore, ButterBarely Lethal) has recently scored the new romantic comedy drama Boot Camp. The film is directed by Mackenzie Munro (Salvation) and stars Rachel Boudwin, Drew Ray Tanner, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Ennis Esmer, Martin Cummins and Rachel Boyd. The movie is inspired by the Wattpad story by Gina Musa and follows a teenager who begins to fall for her off-limits personal trainer after signing up for an intense summer boot camp to reinvent herself. The track list of the soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine has been revealed. The album features the songs from the movie by artists such as The Platters, *NSYNC, Fergie, Stray Kids, The Goo Goo Dolls, Huey Lewis & The News, Patsy Cline, Green Day, Jimmy Durante, Aretha Franklin & others. Also includes is a track from the film’s composer Rob Simonsen (Ghostbusters Afterlife, The Whale, Foxcatcher). French singer/songwriter Woodkid has contributed the main title theme to the new Peacock original series Those About to Die. The show is based on the nonfiction book of the same name by Daniel P. Mannix and stars Iwan Rheon, Anthony Hopkins, Sara Martins, Gabriella Pession, Jojo Macari, Dimitri Leonidas, Moe Hashim, Tom Hughes,Rupert Penry-Jones, Emilio Sakraya, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, David Wurawa, Eneko Sagardoy, Pepe Barroso, Gonçalo Almeida and Romana Maggiora Vergano. Amazon Content Services will release the official soundtrack album for the spy comedy sequel My Spy: The Eternal City. The album features the film’s original music composed by Sean Segal who has made his feature scoring debut on the project. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 18 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The album features selections of the original score and songs from the show’s first season composed by Santiago Uribe (Always a WitchSavage Rhythm). Sony Classical will release a new soundtrack album for Angel Studios’ animated fantasy series The Wingfeather Saga. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s second season composed by The Arcadian Wild, Kurt Heinecke and Ben Shive. Also included is the original song Carry the Fire by Shive feat. Taylor Leonhardt (already available to stream/download now and also embedded after the jump). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, July 19 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon.
