Tony Morales and Edward Rogers are composing the music for the upcoming Netflix original series Bloodline. The show is created by Todd A. Kessler, Daniel Zelman & Glenn Kessler (Damages) and stars Kyle Chandler, Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, Sam Shepard, Sissy Spacek, Norbert Leo Butz, Jamie McShane, Jacinda Barrett and Enrique Murcian. The dramatic thriller follows a close-knit family of four adult siblings whose secrets and scars are revealed when their black sheep brother returns home. Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album for the animated feature Tinker Bell and the Legend of NeverBeast. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joel McNeely (A Million Ways to Die in the West, Holes, Young Indiana Jones Chronicles) who previously scored the other music for Disney Toon Studios’ Tinker Bell franchise. Also included are the original songs from the film by KT Tunstall. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. Tinker Bell and the Legend of NeverBeast is directed by Steve Loter and features the voices of Mae Whitman, Angela Bartys, Pamela Adlon, Lucy Liu, Megan Hilty, Raven-Symone and Lucy Hale. Haim Mazar has signed on to score the upcoming action thriller Criminal. The film is directed by Ariel Vromen and stars Kevin Costner, Gary Oldman, Tommy Lee Jones, Ryan Reynolds, Alice Eve and Gal Gadot. The movie revolves around a dangerous criminal who has the memories and skills of a dead CIA agent implanted into his brain in order to track down and stop an international terrorist. Douglas Cook & David Weisberg (The Rock, Double Jeopardy) have written the screenplay. Chris Bender (The Butterfly Effect, We’re the Millers), J.C. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1993 adventure drama A Far Off Place directed by Mikael Salomon and starring Reese Witherspoon, Jack Thompson and Maximilian Schell. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award winner James Horner (Titanic, Braveheart, Avatar, A Beautiful Mind), including more than half an hour of previously unreleased music. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary The Great Invisible. The album features the film’s original music composed by David Wingo (Take Shelter, Mud, The Sitter, Joe). The Great Invisible is directed by Margaret Brown and tells the story of the modern South – the fishermen, the oilmen, and the survivors – through the lens of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Max Richter has signed on to score the upcoming futuristic drama Into the Forest. The film is directed by Patricia Rozema (Mansfield Park, When Night Is Falling) and stars Ellen Page, Evan Rachel Wood, Callum Keith Rennie and Max Minghella. The movie based on the novel of the same title by Jean Hegland is set in the not-too-distant future and follows two sisters who must rely on one another as society crumbles around them and their forest home. Rozema has written the screenplay. Page is also producing the project with Niv Fichman (Enemy, The Red Violin, Blindness) and Aaron L. Gilbert (A Single Shot, Welcome to Me).
