La-La Land Records will release a new soundtrack album for The CW superhero drama Arrow. The album features selections from original music from the show’s third season composed by Blake Neely (The Flash, Supergirl, Blindspot, No Ordinary Family, Life As We Know It). Also included is music from the crossover episode The Flash vs. Arrow. The soundtrack will be released on October 20 on the label’s official website and a week later in other music stores. Christopher Young has composed the music for the upcoming 3D fantasy action adventure sequel The Monkey King 2. The film is directed by Cheang Pou-soi who previously helmed the first installment and stars Aaron Kwok, Gong Li, Feng Shaofeng, Xiaoshenyang and Him Law. The movie is based on the famed 16th-century Chinese novel Journey to the West and tells the story of how the Monkey King protected the monk Xuanzang from being eaten by a shapeshifting demoness three times on a journey to collect the Buddhist sutras from India. The film is directed by Jay Oliva and features the voices of Jason O’Mara as Batman, Jay Oliva Stuart Allan as Robin, Sean Maher as Nightwing, James Garrett as Alfred Pennyworth, Morena Baccarin as Talia al Ghul, Yvonne Strahovski as Batwoman, Gaius Charles as Batwing and Ernie Hudson as Lucius Fox.
