The movie follows an introverted man who imprisons a woman, only to find the tables turned on him. Jeremy Slater (Fantastic Four, The Lazarus Effect) has written the screenplay. Madison Gate Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Miracles from Heaven. The album features the film’s original music composed by Golden Globe nominee Carlo Siliotto (The Punisher, Under the Same Moon, Fluke, Nomad: The Warrior). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 11 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Miracles from Heaven is directed by Patricia Riggen (The 33) and stars Jennifer Garner, Queen Latifah, Martin Henderson, John Carroll Lynch, Kylie Rogers and Eugenio Derbez. Trevor Morris to Score NBC’s ‘Emerald City’

Trevor Morris has been tapped to score the upcoming NBC drama Emerald City. The show executive produced by David Schulner (Do No Harm), Shaun Cassidy (Invasion) & Matt Arnold (Siberia) is inspired by L. Frank Baum’s The Wizard of Oz and follows a 20-year-old Dorothy Gale and her K9 police dog who are transported to a mystical land of competing kingdoms, lethal warriors, dark magic and a bloody battle for supremacy. Tarsem Singh (The Cell, Mirror Mirror) who previously collaborated with the composer on 2011’s Immortals is set to direct all episodes. Stuart Earl has been hired to score the upcoming BBC mini-series The Secret Agent. The drama is directed by Charles McDougall (Hillsborough, Desperate Housewives, The Good Wife) and stars Toby Jones, Vicky McClure, Stephen Graham, Ian Hart, Tom Goodman-Hill and David Dawson. The 3-parter is based on the book by Joseph Conrad and follows a Soho shopkeeper who doubles as a secret agent for the Russian government. Tony Marchant (The Mark of Cain, Garrow’s Law) has adapted the material for the small screen. Simon Heath (The Great Train Robbery, United) and Polly Hill are executive producing the project. Expected to top the weekend box office is Disney’s animated feature Zootopia directed by Byron Howard & Rich Moore and featuring the voices of Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Idris Elba, J.K. Simmons, Octavia Spencer, Jenny Slate and Tommy Chong. The film’s original music is composed by Michael Giacchino (Lost, Inside Out, Star Trek, Up, Jurassic World, The Incredibles).
