Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the action thriller G20. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joseph Trapanese (Oblivion, The Witcher, The Greatest Showman, Shadow and Bone, The Raid: Redemption, Straight Outta Compton, Brilliant Minds, Project Power). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 11 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Madison Gate Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Miracles from Heaven. The album features the film’s original music composed by Golden Globe nominee Carlo Siliotto (The Punisher, Under the Same Moon, Fluke, Nomad: The Warrior). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 11 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Miracles from Heaven is directed by Patricia Riggen (The 33) and stars Jennifer Garner, Queen Latifah, Martin Henderson, John Carroll Lynch, Kylie Rogers and Eugenio Derbez. The movie follows a woman whose daughter has a rare, incurable disease and becomes a ferocious advocate for her child’s healing as she searches for a solution.

Carlo Siliotto has composed the music for the upcoming drama Miracles from Heaven. The film is directed by Patricia Riggen and stars Jennifer Garner, Martin Henderson, John Carroll Lynch, Kylie Rogers, Eugenio Derbez and Queen Latifah. The movie is based on the book by Christy Beam and follows a woman whose daughter has a rare, incurable disease and becomes a ferocious advocate for her child’s healing as she searches for a solution. Randy Brown (Trouble with the Curve) has written the screenplay. Joe Roth (Alice in Wonderland, Maleficent, Oz the Great and Powerful), T.D. Jakes (Heaven Is for Real, Jumping the Broom) and DeVon Franklin are producing the project.
James Horner Scoring ‘The 33’
This past week, James Horner recorded his music for the upcoming drama The 33 on the Newman Scoring Stage at 20th Century Fox Studios in Los Angeles. The movie is directed by Patricia Riggen (Under the Same Moon, Girl in Progress) and stars Antonio Banderas, Juliette Binoche, Rodrigo Santoro, Cote de Pablo, James Brolin, Gabriel Byrne, Oscar Nunez, Kate Del Castillo, Lou Diamond Phillips, Mario Casas, Juan Pablo Raba, Tenoch Huerta, Jacob Vargas, Marco Trevino and Alejandro Goic. The movie is based on the true events of the collapsed Copiapo copper mine and the 33 miners who remained trapped more than 2,000 feet underground. Mike Medavoy (Black Swan, Shutter Island, Zodiac) is producing the project for Phoenix Picutres, alongside Robert Katz (Law Abiding Citizen, The Rebound) and Edward McGurn.
Christopher Lennertz to Score Max Mayer’s ‘As Cool as I Am’
Christopher Lennertz has signed on to score the comedy drama As Cool as I Am. The movie starring James Marsden, Claire Danes, Sarah Bolger, Jon Tenney, Peter Fonda, Jeremy Sisto, Alanis Morissette, Thomas Mann, Anika Noni Rose and Mario Batali follows a Montana teen girl who deals with her self-centered parents trying to recapture the youth they feel they missed. The film is directed by Max Mayer who has previously collaborated with Lennertz on the 2009 indie drama Adam starring Hugh Dancy and Rose Byrne. As Cool as I Am is adapted from a novel by Pete Fromm and adapted for the screen by Virginia Korus Spragg (An Unfinished Life).
