feudPremiering tonight is the FX original series Feud created by Ryan Murphy and starring Jessica Lange, Susan Sarandon, Judy Davis, Jackie Hoffman, Alfred Molina, Stanley Tucci and Alison Wright. The show’s original music is composed by Mac Quayle (Mr. Robot, American Horror Story, American Crime Story, Scream Queens). time-after-timeAlso premiering tonight is the ABC drama Time After Time created by Kevin Williamson and starring Freddie Stroma, Josh Bowman, Genesis Rodriguez and Regina Taylor. Jeff Russo (Fargo, Legion, Power, The Night Of) is composing the show’s original music. The series  follows famed science fiction writer H.G. Wells as he is transported to modern day Manhattan in pursuit of Jack the Ripper. ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’ Season 2 Soundtrack Released

crazy-exWaterTower Music has released a new soundtrack album for the CW musical comedy drama Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. The album features all original songs from the show’s second season written by the series’ star Rachel Bloom, as well as Adam Schlesinger, Jack Dolgen & more and performed by the cast. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. The label has previously released two soundtrack albums featuring the music from the first season. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is created by Aline Brosh McKenna & Bloom who also stars in the show with Donna Lynne Champlin, Vincent Rodriguez III, Pete Gardner, Santino Fontana, Vella Lovell and Gabrielle Ruiz. ‘Power Rangers’ Soundtrack Details

power-rangersThe details of the soundtrack album for the Power Rangers reboot have been announced. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brian Tyler (Fast & Furious series, Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Thor: The Dark World, Now You See Me). The soundtrack will be released digitally on March 24, 2017 by Varese Sarabande and will be available to download here. A CD version is set to come out on April 21 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Power Rangers is directed by Dean Israelite and stars Dacre Montgomery, Naomi Scott, RJ Cyler, Becky G, Ludi Lin, Bryan Cranston and Elizabeth Banks. The movie follows five ordinary teens who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove -and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Four new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:

loganGuaranteed to top the weekend box office is the comic book movie Logan directed by James Mangold and starring Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant and Dafne Keen. The film’s original music is composed by Marco Beltrami (The Wolverine, 3:10 to Yuma, Scream, World War Z, Hellboy, The Hurt Locker). Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score. Check out our previous news article for the full album details.

before-i-fallAlso opening wide is the teen drama Before I Fall directed by Ry Russo-Young and starring Zoey Deutch, Halston Sage, Logan Miller, Kian Lawley, Elena Kampouris, Diego Boneta, Jennifer Beals, Cynthy Wu and Medalion Rahimi. Adam Taylor (Meadowland, August: Osage County) has composed the film’s original score. ‘Junction 48’ Soundtrack Released

junction-48A soundtrack has been released for the Israeli drama Junction 48. The EP features the film’s original music composed by Palestinian rapper Tamer Nafar and Itamar Ziegler. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Junction 48 is directed by Udi Aloni and stars Nafar (who also co-wrote the screenplay) and Samar Qupty. The movie follows a Palestinian rapper who leads an aimless life between odd jobs and hanging out with his buddies in a crime-ridden Arab ghetto of the mixed city of Lyd. The album features the film’s original music composed by Hans Zimmer (The Dark Knight, Inception, Gladiator, The Lion King, Interstellar) who previously scored numerous movies for the studio, including The Prince of Egypt, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron and the Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda trilogies, and Steve Mazzaro (Bullet to the Head). Hauschka to Score ‘Hotel Mumbai’

hotel-mumbaiHauschka (aka Volker Bertelmann) has signed on to score the upcoming thriller Hotel Mumbai. The film is directed by Anthony Maras and stars Dev Patel, Armie Hammer, Anupam Kher, Jason Isaacs and Nazanin Boniadi. The movie is  based on the 2009 documentary Surviving Mumbai and tells the true story of the 2008 Pakistani terrorist attacks on the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in India. Maras also co-wrote the screenplay with John Collee (Master and Commander, Happy Feet). Basil Iwanyk (The Town, Sicario, John Wick), Gary Hamilton (The Courier), Mike Gabrawy (A Few Best Men), Andrew Ogilvie and Julie Ryan (Red Dog) are producing the Arclight Film, Thunder Road, Electric Pictures and Cyan Films production.  Read the rest of this entry »

The album features the film’s original music composed by Warren Ellis (The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, The Proposition, Hell or High Water, Mustang, The Road). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 28, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Bad Girl is written and directed by Fin Edquist and stars Samara Weaving, Sara West, Felicity Price, Ben Winspear and Rebecca Masseye. The album features the film’s original music composed by Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, 300, Watchmen, Dawn of the Dead, Sucker Punch). Also included are the songs Yo Vivire (I Will Survive) by Jose Prieto and California Dreamin’ by Gabriela Teran, both of which are already available as digital singles.
