The full details of the first score album for the CW drama Riverdale have been announced. The album features selections of original score from the show’s first season composed by Blake Neely (The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, The Pacific, Everwood). The CD version is limited to 3000 copies and will be available to order on La-La Land Records’ website later today and is already available for pre-order on Amazon. WaterTower Music has previously released a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the series’ first season. Intrada Records has announced the world premiere of the score for the 1987 comedy drama Good Morning, Vietnam directed by Barry Levinson and starring Robin Williams. The music is composed by Academy Award winner Alex North (Spartacus, Cleopatra, A Street Car Named Desire,Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?). Also included on the album is the expanded original score from Disney’s 1995 family adventure Operation Dumbo Drop directed by Simon Wincer and starring Danny Glover & Ray Liotta. ‘Endless Poetry’ Soundtrack Released

ABKCO Records has released a soundtrack album for Alejandro Jodorowsky’s autobiographical drama Endless Poetry (Poesia sin fin). The album features the film’s original music composed and performed by Alejandro’s son Adan Jodorowsky (aka Adanowsky), who also stars in the film, portraying his own father as a young man. Also included are four songs by multi-instrumentalist composer/arranger Jon Handelsman. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Endless Poetry premiered at last year’s Cannes Film Festival and will be released in New York and Los Angeles on July 14 and will expand to more markets the following week. Writer/producer Jeremy Slater revealed on Twitter that Tyler Bates will be scoring the second season of the Fox drama The Exorcist. He is taking over for composer Daniel Hart (Pete’s Dragon, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints) who scored the show’s first season. The series is developed by Slater based on William Peter Blatty’s novel of the same title, which inspired William Friedkin’s 1973 classic stars Alfonso Herrera, Ben Daniels and Kurt Egyiawa.
