Madison Gate Records will release a score album for the NBC drama The Blacklist. The album features selections from the show’s original music composed by Dave Porter (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Preacher, The Disaster Artist). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, September 22, and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released a soundtrack featuring a number of songs from the show’s first two season back in 2015. The Blacklist is created by Jon Blokenkamp and stars James Spader, Megan Boone, Diego Klattenhoff, Ryan Eggold, Harry Lennix, Parminder Nagra, Amir Arison, Mozhan Marnò and Hisham Tawfiq. Andrew Kawczynski has recently recorded his music for the upcoming Chinese war action drama Sky Hunter. Hans Zimmer serves as the score producer. The film marks the directorial debut of actor Li Chen who also stars in the movie alongside Fan Bingbing, Wang Qianyuan, Li Jiahang and Leon Lee. The movie follows an elite air force who are called into action to resolve a hostage crisis and foil a terrorist plot. Jianmin Lv (Wolf Warrior) is producing the project.
