Marvel Music and Hollywood Records have announced a score album for Marvel Studios’ Black Panther. The album features the film’s original score composed by Ludwig Goransson (Creed, Community, Fruitvale Station) who recorded his music in London with a 132-piece western classical orchestra, African percussionists and a 40-person choir. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, February 16 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Black Panther is directed by Ryan Coogler and stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. The movie follows a bank assistant manager after a robbery at his bank ends in two dead and he barely escapes with his life. Lakeshore Records has announced a soundtrack album for the horror thriller Winchester. The album features the film’s original music composed by the movie’s co-director Peter Spierig (Predestination). Variety is reporting that Benj Pasek and Justin Paul will write original songs for Fox Animation/Blue Sky Studios’ upcoming animated feature Foster. The film is directed by Karen Disher (Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas) & Steve Martino (The Peanuts Movie, Horton Hears a Who!) and revolves around a young super fan who isn’t satisfied with the ending to a series of fantasy books and finds himself transported into a mystical world with the books’ author.
