Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Icelandic TV series Trapped. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Hildur Guðnadóttir (Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Joker, Mary Magdalene), Rutger Hoedemaekers and Johann Johannsson (Arrival, The Theory of Everything, Sicario). The soundtrack is now available to download overseas and will be released in U.S. stores on May 24 (click here to download the album) Trapped is created by Baltasar Kormakur (Everest, 101 Reykjavík) and stars Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Bjarne Henriksen, Ingvar E Sigurðsson, Ilmur Kristjánsdóttir, Nína Dögg Filippusdóttir and Björn Hlynur Haraldsson. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Netflix original movie The Last Summer. The album features the film’s original score composed by Guster front man Ryan Miller (Safety Not Guaranteed, The Kings of Summer, In a World…) . Also included are the songs from the movie by artists such as The Shadowboxers, Lila Drew, Gold Brother, Jack August, Jacob Latimore (who also stars in the film), PVMNTS & others. ‘Cloak & Dagger’ Season 2 Score Album Details

Marvel Music and Hollywood Records will release a new soundtrack album for Marvel’s Freeform’s original series Cloak & Dagger. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s second season composed by Mark Isham (Crash, Once Upon a Time, A River Runs Through It, Miracle, The Accountant). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow and will be available to download here. The labels have previously released a score album featuring the composer’s score from the first season, as well as a separate soundtrack featuring songs from the drama. Season 2 of Cloak & Dagger developed by Joe Pokaski based on the Marvel Comic characters created by Bill Mantlo & Ed Hannigan and starring Olivia Holt, Aubrey Joseph, Andrea Roth, Gloria Reuben, Miles Mussenden, Carl Lundstedt, Emma Lahana, Jaime Zevallos and J.D. Walt Disney Records will release the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Symphonic Suite composed by John Williams (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Jaws, E.T., Raiders of the Lost Ark, Schindler’s List, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone). The composer wrote the suite for the new themed land at Disney’s theme parks in Anaheim, California (opening to the public on May 31) and Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida (opening on August 29) and recorded it last year with the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios, conducted by William Ross. Deutsche Grammophon will release the official soundtrack album for the HBO mini-series Chernobyl. The show’s original music is composed by Hildur Gudnadottir (Joker, Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Mary Magdalene, Strong Island). A first track from the composer’s score (Bridge of Death) will be released as a digital single tomorrow (click here to download).
