Jon Batiste will perform his song It Never Went Away (co-written with Dan Wilson) from the Netflix documentary American Symphony, Becky G will perform the Diane Warren-penned The Fire Inside from Eva Longoria’s Flamin’ Hot, Billie Eilish & Finneas O’Connell will perform their hit song What Was I Made For from Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, Ryan Gosling & Mark Ronson will perform I’m Just Ken from Barbie and Scott George and the Osage Singers will perform Wahzhazhe (A Song For My People) from Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flowe Moon. Batu Sener (The Ice Age Adventures of Buck WildIce Age: Scrat Tales, Atatürk) is scoring the upcoming biographical movie musical Better Man. The film is directed by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman) and stars British singer/songwriter Robbie Williams as himself, Jonno Davies as his younger self, as well as Steve Pemberton, Alison Steadman, Anthony Hayes, Damon Herriman and Kate Mulvany. The details of the full soundtrack album for the drama Bleeding Love have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Raven Aartsen. Also included is lead actors Ewan & Clara McGregor’s Seabird cover (already available as a digital single), as well as songs by Josh Da Costa, Color Green, The Abitals, Sam Buck, Kali J & others. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 28 by Rosed Out and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Prime Video announced today that Charli XCX will serve as the executive music producer on the streamer’s upcoming original comedy series Overcompensating. The show is created by Benito Skinner and will star himself in the lead role as a closeted former football player and homecoming king who becomes fast friends with a high school outsider on a mission to fit in at all costs. Skinner is also executive producing the A24 and Amazon MGM Studios production with Jonah Hill (Mid 90s), Matt Dines (This Place Rules) and Ali Goodwin (Stutz) of Strong Baby.
