Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the drama Share. The album features the film’s original music composed by electronic music artist Shlohmo (aka Henry Laufer) who made his feature film scoring debut on the project. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Share is written and directed by Pippa Bianco and stars Rhianne Barreto, Charlie Plummer, Poorna Jagannathan, J.C. MacKenzie, Nick Galitzine and Lovie Simone. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Brian Tyler (Avengers: Age of Ultron, Fast & Furious, Iron Man 3, Now You See Me, Crazy Rich Asians). Sony Classical will release a soundtrack album for the animated sequel The Angry Birds Movie 2. The album features the film’s original score composed by Heitor Pereira (Despicable Me, Minions, Smallfoot, Beverly Hills Chihuahua) who previously scored the original 2016 The Angry Birds Movie. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 9 and will be available to download here. Nell Benjamin and Laurence O’Keefe to Develop Original Movie Musical

Deadline is reporting that Nell Benjamin and Laurence O’Keefe are currently working on an untitled comedy movie musical for Universal Pictures. They are writing both the songs and screenplay for the project, which is produced by Scott Sanders (The Odd Life of Timothy Green) & Mara Jacobs at Scott Sanders Productions. The producers are also involved in movie adaptations of the musicals In the Heights and The Color Purple.
