Sony Classical will release a new soundtrack album for the History original series Vikings. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s sixth and final season composed by Emmy Award winner Trevor Morris (The Tudors, The Borgias, Immortals, Olympus/London Has Fallen, Hunter Killer). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, December 6 and will be available to download here. The label has previously released three soundtrack albums for the drama’s first three seasons. Dustin O’Halloran and Volker Bertelmann (aka Hauschka) have been hired to score the upcoming British drama Ammonite. The film is written and directed by Francis Lee and stars Kate Winslet, Saoirse Ronan, James McArdle, Alec Secareanu and Fiona Shaw. The movie is set in 1840s England and centers on an infamous fossil hunter and a young woman who are sent to convalesce by the sea and develop an intense relationship, altering both of their lives forever. ‘Return from Witch Mountain’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Intrada Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1978 sci-fi adventure Return from Witch Mountain directed by John Hough and starring Bette Davis, Christopher Lee, Kim Richards and Ike Eisenmann. The album features the original music from the Walt Disney Pictures production composed by Lalo Schifrin (Mission: Impossible, Dirty Harry, Enter the Dragon, Rush Hour, Bullit).
