Opening in select theaters and on VOD today is the thriller The Silencing directed by Robin Pront and stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Annabelle Wallis and Hero Fiennes Tiffin. The film’s original music is composed by Will Blair & Brooke Blair (Green Room, The Informer, Blue Ruin, I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, Hold the Dark). Also opening on VOD today is the thriller The Bay of Silence directed by Paula van der Oest and starring Claes Bang, Olga Kurylenko, Brian Cox, Assaad Bouab and Alice Krige. John Swihart (Napoleon Dynamite, How I Met Your Mother, Youth in Revolt, Table 19) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. CHIKA’s End Credits Song ‘My Power’ from Netflix’s ‘Project Power’ Released

Warner Records has released the original song My Power from the Netflix original film Project Power. The track, which plays during the movie’s end credits, is performed by CHIKA and produced by Lido. The song is now available to stream/download as a digital single on Amazon and other music stores. Check out the fill track after the jump. As previously reported, a full soundtrack album for the movie featuring the original score by Joseph Trapanese is also being released today. ‘The Pale Door’ Soundtrack Details

Lakeshore Records will release the official soundtrack album for the horror western The Pale Door. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alex Cuervo (Scare Package, A Bad Idea Gone Wrong). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, August 21 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Pale Door is co-written and directed by Aaron B. Koontz and stars Devin Druid, Zachary Knighton, Bill Sage, Pat Healy, Natasha Bassett, Stan Shaw and Melora Walters. The movie follows the Dalton gang as they find shelter in a seemingly uninhabited ghost town after a train robbery goes south, when they are surprised to stumble upon a welcoming brothel in the town’s square. The album features the film’s original music composed by Stephen James Taylor (Southside with You, Teacher’s Pet, Timon & Pumbaa, G.I. Joe). Chemical Hearts is written and directed by Richard Tanne and stars Lili Reinhart, Austin Abrams, Sarah Jones, Adhir Kalyan, Kara Young, Coral Peña, and C.J. Hoff.. The album features the songs from the movie composed and produced Danny Jacob & guest songwriters Karey Kirkpatrick, Emanuel Kiriakou and Kate Micucci and performed by the cast. Also included are selections from the film’s original score composed by Jacob. The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 28 by Walt Disney Records and is now available for pre-order here. Zorg Limited will release a soundtrack album for the animated feature Fearless. The album features three tracks from the film’s original score composed by Anne-Kathrin Dern (The Jade Pendant, The Legend of the War Horse, Help, I Shrunk My Parents), produced by Klaus Badelt (Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, The Time Machine, The Promise, Rescue Dawn) and performed by the London Metropolitan Orchestra.
