A soundtrack album will be released for the romantic drama After We Collided. The album features the film’s original score composed by Justin Burnett (Dungeons & Dragons, An American Haunting, 9-1-1: Lone Star, Getaway, Re-Kill) who previously scored last year’s first After installment. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, November 18 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music stores. Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original film Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. The album features the movie’s original music written by Grammy Award-winning saxophonist and composer Branford Marsalis (The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, Once in the Life). The soundtrack is set to be released digitally and physically on December 18, 2020 and is now available for pre-order here. Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom is directed by George C. Wolfe and stars Viola Davis, Chadwick Boseman, Colman Domingo, Michael Potts, Glynn Turman, Dusan Brown and Taylour Paige. Deadline is reporting that Stew Stewart & Heidi Rodewald will compose the original songs and music for a movie musical about the breakthrough of the Pfizer miracle drug: Viagra. The currently untitled film will be directed by Spike Lee (Malcolm X, BlacKkKlansman, Do the Right Thing, Inside Man) who is also co-writing the screenplay with Kwame Kwei-Armah. The movie is based on the Esquire article All Rise: The Untold Story of The Guys Who Launched Viagra by David Kushner and is inspired by the true events surrounding around Pfizer’s discovery and launch of the erectile dysfunction drug. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1998 sci-fi horror thriller Species II directed by Peter Medak and starring Natasha Henstridge, Michael Madsen, Marg Helgenberger, Mykelti Williamson, George Dzundza, James Cromwell and Justin Lazard. The album features the expanded original score from the MGM production composed and conducted by Edward Shearmur (Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, Johnny English, Cruel Intentionsp, Escape from Dannemora, Charlie’s Angels, The Count of Monte Cristo), including over 30 minutes of previously unreleased music.
