Sony/ATV Music Publishing have released a soundtrack album for the Italian psychological thriller The Guest Room (La Stanza). The album features the film’s original music composed by Giorgio Giampà (Time Share, La profezia dell’armadillo, Cacciatore – The Hunter). Also included is the song New Kind performed by Gyda Valtýsdottir. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music stores. The Guest Room is co-written and directed by Stefano Lodovichi and stars Guido Caprino, Camilla Filippi, Edoardo Pesce and Romeo Pellegrini. 50 Cent’s ‘Power Book III: Raising Kanan’ Theme Song ‘Part of the Game’ Released

G-Unit Records has released the theme song for the upcoming Starz original series Power Book III: Raising Kanan. The track is performed by 50 Cent (who serves as an executive producer on the show) feat. NLE Choppa & Rileyy Lanez. The track is now available to stream/download as a digital single here. ‘Cobra Kai’ Seasons 2 & 3 Deluxe Edition Soundtracks Announced

La-La Land Records has announced two new soundtrack albums for the Netflix original series Cobra Kai featuring the original score from the show’s second and third seasons composed by Leo Birenberg (Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, Son of Zorn, PEN15) & Zach Robinson (Impractical Jokers: The Movie, Die Hart). The Season 2 album features all tracks from the original 2019 soundtrack, as well as ten previously unreleased bonus tracks (visit Amazon or the label’s official website to order the CD). The Season 3 soundtrack features 19 bonus tracks not included on the digital release, which is set to come out this coming Friday (click here to order the 2-CD set). The film marks the feature directorial debut of Jerrod Carmichael and stars himself, alongside Christopher Abbott, Tiffany Haddish, J.B. Smoove, Lavell Crawford and Henry Winkler. The movie follows a man who has reached a place where he feels the only way out is to end things and teams up with his best friend, who is recovering from a failed suicide attempt, to execute a double suicide plan. Disney+ announced today that Kristen Anderson-Lopez & Robert Lopez (Frozen, Frozen II, Coco, The Book of Mormon) have composed the theme song for Marvel’s limited series WandaVision. They also wrote unique songs for several episodes, spanning from the 1950s to the early 2000s. The theme song is featured in the show’s latest TV spot, which can be checked out after the jump. As previously reported, Christophe Beck (Frozen, Ant-Man, The Muppets, Edge of Tomorrow) is composing the original score for the 9-parter directed by Matt Shakman and starring Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, Paul Bettany as Vision, Kathryn Hahn as Agnes, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, as well as Kat Dennings and Randall Park. The album features the film’s original music composed by John Piscitello (No Place on Earth, Mike Wallace Is Here, Too Funny to Fail, Memory Games). Singer/songwriter Anna Waronker is the composer of the new Fox comedy Call Me Kat. The series revolves around a woman who struggles every day against society and her mother to prove that she can live a happy and fulfilling life despite still being single at 39. ‘Flannery’ Soundtrack to Be Released

Perseverance Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Flannery. The album features the film’s original score composed by Miriam Cutler (RBG, The Hunting Ground, Love, Gilda, Ethel, Dark Money). The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 5, 2021 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Flannery is directed by Elizabeth Coffman & Mark Bosco and centers on the life and work of author Flannery O’Connor, whose distinctive Southern Gothic style influenced a generation of artists and activists.
