Robert Duncan has signed on to score the upcoming ABC drama The Family. The show is created by Jenna Bans (Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal) and stars Joan Allen, Allison Pill, Margot Bingham, Zach Gilford, Liam James, Floriana Lima, Madeleine Arthur, Rarmian Newton, Rupert Graves and Andrew McCarthy. The series centers around the return of a politician’s young son who was presumed dead after disappearing over a decade earlier and suspicions emerge if he really is who he says he is.

Wendy & Lisa to Return for NBC’s ‘Heroes Reborn’
Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman are returning to provide the original music for the NBC event series Heroes Reborn. The show is created by Tim Kring and stars Zachary Levi, Judith Shekoni, Masi Oka, Jack Coleman, Henry Zebrowski, Robbie Kay, Ryan Guzman, Greg Grunberg, Gatlin Green, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Rya Kihlstedt, Kiki Sukezane and Danika Yarosh. The 13-episode series continues the story from the NBC hit series Heroes, which ran from 2006 to 2010 and follows the heroes who have gone into hiding after they are blamed for a terrorist attack in Texas.
Sean Callery to Score Fox’s ‘Minority Report’
Sean Callery is set to score the upcoming Fox drama Minority Report. The show is based on Steven Spielberg’s 2002 feature starring Tom Cruise of the same title and stars Stark Sands, Meagan Good, Wilmer Valderrama, Daniel London, Laura Regan, Li Jun Li and Zhane Hall. The series follows the unlikely partnership between a man haunted by the future and a cop haunted by her past, as they race to stop the worst crimes of the year 2065 before they happen.

Premiering tonight is the new AMC original series Humans created by Jonathan Brackley & Sam Vincent based on the Swedish TV series Real Humans and starring Gemma Chan, Katherine Parkinson, Tom Goodman-Hill, William Hurt, Will Tudor, Rebecca Front and Colin Morgan. The show’s original music is composed by Cristobal Tapia De Veer (Utopia). Humans is set in a parallel present in London where the latest must-have gadget for any busy family is a Synth – a highly developed, artificially intelligent servant eerily similar to its living counterpart. Premiering on Tuesday, June 30 is the MTV original series Scream executive produced by Wes Craven and starring Bella Thorne, Willa Fitzgerald, Amy Forsyth, John Karna, Carlson Young, Amadeus Serafini, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Amadeus Serafini, Connor Weil, Tracy Middendorf and Jason Wiles. Jeremy Zuckerman (Avatar: The Last Airbender, Legend of Korra) is composing the show’s original score. ‘Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!’ Soundtrack Details
Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Syfy original movie Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!. The album features original songs from Camper Van Beethoven, Dead Kennedy’s East Bay Ray, Eddie Cole and Dave Days. Also included are contemporary covers of the Pixies classic Wave Of Mutilation by Daniel Davies & Sebastian Robertson, the Mission Of Burma anthem That’s When I Reach For My Revolver by Filter’s Geno Lenardo and Nina Bergman and the Surf Punks’ Shark Attack performed by Barnaby Austin. John Paesano to Score Fox’s ‘The Frankenstein Code’
John Paesano has been hired to score the upcoming Fox drama The Frankenstein Code. The show is inspired by the classic Mary Shelley mythology and stars Rob Kazinsky, Dilshad Vadsaria, Adhir Kalyan, Tim DeKay and Ciara Bravo The series follows a morally corrupt cop who is given a second chance when he’s brought back from the dead and now has to choose between his old temptations and his new sense of purpose. Rand Ravich (The Astronaut’s Wife, Life) has written the pilot and is executive producing the 20th Century Fox Television production with Howard Gordon (Homeland, 24, Tyrant) and Michael Cuesta (Elementary, Kill the Messenger) who also directed the pilot episode.

Jeremy Zuckerman is composing the score for the new MTV original series Scream. The show is based on Wes Craven’s horror franchise and stars Bella Thorne, Willa Fitzgerald, Amy Forsyth, John Karna, Carlson Young, Amadeus Serafini, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Amadeus Serafini, Connor Weil, Tracy Middendorf and Jason Wiles. The show follows a gorgeous entitled teen at Lakewood High School who is killed in an apparent crime of passion, following her boyfriend’s murder, which exposes the inner workings of the community’s complex social hierarchy.
Soundtrack for NBC’s ‘Aquarius’ Released
Universal Music has released a soundtrack album for the NBC drama Aquarius. The album features the songs from the show by artists including The Who, Charles Manson, Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, Wayne Newton, Dyke and the Blazers & more. Also included is a track from the series’ original score composed by W.G. Snuffy Walden (The West Wing, Friday Night Lights, Under the Dome). The soundtrack is now available on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Aquarius is created by John McNamara and stars David Duchovny, Gethin Anthony, Grey Damon, Emma Dumont and Claire Holt. The event series takes place in the 1960s and follows a cop who goes undercover to track Charles Manson and the Manson Family before their infamous murder spree.
