The full details of the second soundtrack album for Lucasfilm’s Disney+ original series The Book of Boba Fett have been revealed. The Volume 2 album features the music from the fifth, sixth and seventh chapter of the show, including the musical themes written by Academy Award, Emmy Award and Grammy Award winner Ludwig Göransson (Black Panther, The Mandalorian, Creed, Tenet, Community, Turning Red) and selections of the original score composed by Joseph Shirley (Bad Trip, The Mysterious Benedict Society,Fairfax). Also included are three bonus tracks featuring previously unreleased music from the first four chapters. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 11. Soundtrack Album for Channel 4’s ‘The Curse’ Released
Banijay Music has released a soundtrack album for the Channel 4 comedy The Curse. The album features selections of the original score from the show composed by Marli Wren. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. The Curse is written by James de Frond, Tom Davis, Allan Mustafa, Steve Stamp & Hugo Chegwin and stars Davis, Stamp, Mustafa & Chegwin themselves, as well as Emer Kenny, Peter Ferninando, Ambreen Razia, Geoff Bell and Michael Smiley. The series produced by Shiny Button is set in 1980s London and follows a hopeless group of mates find themselves embroiled in one of the biggest gold heists in history.
Terrace Martin & Robert Glasper Scoring Peacock’s ‘Bel-Air’
Rapper/singer and music producer Terrace Martin & jazz pianist/composer/record producer Robert Glasper (Miles Ahead, The Photograph) are scoring the new Peacock original series Bel-Air. The show based on the classic sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (starring Will Smith) and inspired by Morgan Cooper’s viral trailer stars Jabari Banks, Adrian Holmes, Cassandra Freeman, Olly Sholotan, Coco Jones, Akira Akbar, Jimmy Akingbola, Jordan L. Jones and Simone Joy Jones. The one-hour drama is set in modern day America and chronicles Will’s complicated journey from the streets of West Philadelphia to the gated mansions of Bel-Air.
Jarvis Cocker Scoring BBC’s ‘This Is Going to Hurt’
Jarvis Cocker (of the rock band Pulp) has composed the original music for the new BBC drama This Is Going to Hurt. The show is created by Adam Kay based on his best-selling book of the same title and stars Ben Whishaw, Ambika Mod, Michele Austin, Hannah Onslow, Rosie Akerman and Andreea Paduraru. The series follows a doctor who is juggling his personal life with a hectic job on the labor ward, where he is faced with a racist mother-to-be and an irritating frequent flyer.
Transcenders’ The Kings of Napa’ Main Title Theme Released
WaterTower Music has released the main title theme from the OWN original series The Kings of Napa. The track is written and performed by show composers Transcenders (Gossip Girl, Black-ish, Madam Secretary, Our Family Wedding) feat. The 6-part psychological thriller, which revolves around a woman trapped in a relationship she cannot escape who is approached a private investigator and starts spilling the her husband’s darkest secrets, premiered last year in the UK on ITV and is making its U.S. premiere on Spectrum.

Troll Court & Watertower Music have released the piano version of Mötley Crüe’s Home Sweet Home as featured in the latest episode of the HBO Max original series Peacemaker. Sonya Belousova & Giona Ostinelli (The Witcher, The Mist, The Romanoffs, Inside Man: Most Wanted) are scoring the upcoming NBC drama The Thing About Pam. The show is inspired by one of the most popular sagas ever told on Dateline NBC and stars Renée Zellweger, Josh Duhamel, Judy Greer, Katy Mixon, Glenn Fleshler, Gideon Adlon, Sean Bridgers, Suanne Spoke and Mac Brandt. The limited series centers on the 2011 murder of Betsy Faria that resulted in the conviction of her husband who was later exonerated andd set off a chain of events that would expose a diabolical scheme involving a woman named Pam Hupp.
‘Rise Up, Sing Out’ Soundtrack Album Details
Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album for the Disney Junior short-form animated series Rise Up, Sing Out. The album features the original songs from the show written and produced by Ahmir ‘”Questlove” Thompson and Tariq “Black Thought” Trotter (of the Grammy Award winning musical group The Roots) who also appear in the series as animated characters.
