Silva Screen Records will release a new soundtrack album for the BBC Earth natural history series Seven Worlds One Planet. The Expanded Edition soundtrack features selections of the show’s music composed by Jacob Shea (Planet Earth II, Blue Planet II) for Bleeding Fingers Music who also wrote the project’s theme with Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, Inception), including over an hour of previously unreleased music. The soundtrack will be released on January 17, 2020 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The original soundtrack for the series was released this past October.

Soundtrack Album for BBC’s ‘Seven Worlds One Planet’ to Be Released
Silva Screen Records will release the official soundtrack album for the BBC Earth natural history series Seven Worlds One Planet. The album features the show’s original music by Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, Inception) and Jacob Shea (Planet Earth II, Blue Planet II) who have composed the theme and Shea who has written the original score for Bleeding Fingers Music. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 23 and will be available to stream and download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Seven Worlds One Planet is presented and executive produced by Sir David Attenborough and will reveal how each distinct continent has shaped the unique animal life found there.

BBC Studios has announced that Hans Zimmer and Jacob Shea will compose the theme and score for the upcoming BBC Earth natural history series One Planet, Seven Worlds. The show is presented and executive produced by Sir David Attenborough and will reveal how each distinct continent has shaped the unique animal life found there. Each of the series’ seven episodes will transport viewers to a single continent and tell the story of its spectacular wildlife and iconic landscapes.

Silva Screen Records has announced a soundtrack album for the natural history docu-series Blue Planet II. The album features the show’s original music composed by Hans Zimmer (Gladiator, The Dark Knight, The Lion King, Inception), Jacob Shea (Planet Earth II) and David Fleming (The Perfect Guy) for Bleeding Fingers Music. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 29, 2017 (click here to download) and physically on December 1. Blue Planet II presented and narrated by David Attenborough, which is a sequel to the 2001 series Blue Planet, explores the underwater worlds, and was filmed over 4 years with 125 expeditions across 39 countries and 6000 hours of underwater filming.

BBC America announced today that Hans Zimmer, Jacob Shea and Jasha Klebe are scoring the upcoming BBC docu-series Blue Planet II for Bleeding Fingers Music. The 7-part series is presented and narrated by Sir David Attenborough and will immerse audiences in the world’s oceans, which are still the most expansive but least known parts of our planet. The show is produced by BBC Studios Natural History Unit, BBC America, WDR and France Télévisions in partnership with The Open University.
