Hollywood Records has released a digital single featuring two tracks from the soundtrack for the Disney+ original series Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. Available to stream/download now is the show’s main title theme based on Mike Post’s Doogie Howser, M.D. theme produced by show’s composer Wendy Wang and performed by ukulele player Jake Shimabukuro, as well as the score cue Campfire by Wang and Shimabukuro. Blanco Brown has recorded an original song for the upcoming documentary The Mustangs: America’s Wild Horses. The track, entitled Never Gonna Tame You is performed by Brown and written by Academy Award nominee Diane Warren who also serves as a co-producer on the film. The Mustangs: America’s Wild Horses is directed by Steven Latham & Conrad Stanley and tells the story about America’s wild horses from their turbulent history to their uncertain future. Bruce Springsteen, Willie Nelson and Emmylou Harris have also contributed music to the movie, which is executive produced by Robert Redford, Bruce Springsteen’s wife, Patti Scialfa Springsteen, and USA Olympic equestrian silver medalist, Jessica Springsteen. Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album for the coming-of-age drama This Is the Night. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nathan Whitehead (The Purge, (The Purge, Days Gone, Keanu, The Veil, Stephanie, Chicago Party Aunt, The Remaining). Jazz Selections from Pixar’s ‘Soul’ Released

Walt Disney Records has released a new soundtrack album for Pixar’s animated feature Soul. The album features eight jazz selections from and inspired by the film by Jon Batiste who received his first Academy Award this year for his work on the movie. Five of the tracks included on the record have previously only been released as part of the vinyl jazz album released last December. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music services. The original soundtrack, which also includes the original score by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross, as well as another vinyl edition featuring the composers’ score have previously been released at the time of the film’s release. ‘Mayday’ Soundtrack Album Details

Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Mayday. The album features the film’s original music composed by Colin Stetson (Hereditary, Color Out of Space, The First, Blue Caprice, Barkskins). Also included is the main title theme Mayday Song produced by Stetson and performed by Caroline Shaw. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, October 1 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Mayday Song and a track from Stetson’s score (Never Letting Go) are already available to stream/download now and can also be checked out below. Mayday is written and directed by Karen Cinorre and stars Grace Van Patten, Mia Goth, Juliette Lewis, Soko and Havana Rose Liu. Digital Release of Six More Varese Sarabande Deluxe Edition Soundtracks Announced

Varese Sarabande Records has announced the digital release of several more titles from the label’s Deluxe Edition series. Coming out today are the deluxe edition soundtracks for RoboCop 3, Under Siege 2: Dark Territory & On Deadly Ground (music by Basil Poledouris). Already out since last Friday are the deluxe albums for Paycheck (score by John Powell), The Cowboys (music by John Williams) and Knowing (score by Marco Beltrami).
