John Morton (Twenty Twelve) has written and directed the first two episodes of the show, which stars Jack Davenport, Chelsey Crisp, Lydia Leonard, Jim Broadbent, Maggie Steed, Prasanna Puwanarajah, Hiftu Quasem, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Harry Trevaldwyn, Rebecca Humphries, Tim McInnerny, Natasha Little, Edward Bluemel and Eleonore Arnaud. The comedy, which is set at a London talent agency where agents scramble to keep their business afloat after the sudden death of their founder, will also feature guest appearances by Kelly Macdonald, Helena Bonham Carter, Olivia Williams, Dominic West, Phoebe Dynevor, Jessica Oyelowo, David Oyelowo, among others. Post-World Music will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Eli: A Dog in Prison. The album features the film’s original music composed by modern-music ensemble Heavy Color (Ben Cohen and Sam Woldenberg). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Wednesday, February 2 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Eli: A Dog in Prison is directed by Jason Kohl & Nora Mandray and tells the true story of three incarcerated men who face the challenge of a lifetime: transform an adorable but unruly Labrador puppy into a highly disciplined guide dog in just 12 months. LD Entertainment and director Sean Ellis announced today that Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, Black Widow, His Dark Materials, The Wheel of Time, The Lego Batman Movie, Bad Boys for Life) has contributed an updated score to the gothic thriller The Cursed. The film, which premiered at last year’s Sundance Film Festival under the title Eight for Silver with an original score by Robin Foster, is written and directed by Ellis (Cashback, The Broken) and stars Boyd Holbrook, Kelly Reilly, Alistair Petrie, Roxane Duran and Áine Rose Daly. The movie is set in the late 1800s and follows a man who arrives in a remote country village to investigate an attack by a wild animal but discovers a much deeper and sinister force that has the manor and its townspeople in its grip.
